Today, on a cold snowy day, when all my son’s friends were gathering to go for a walk to be in the snow, I was startled by a situation that brought me back to a similar situation that I had had and I felt strongly compelled to warn one of the kids about.

My radar had been triggered and my intuition would not be quiet until I shared my insights, my story with this young lad.

A friend of my son is in a new relationship with a girl his age and they are inseparable which sounds sweet, until I found out that she is so jealous of his friends and especially other girls that she does not allow him out of her sight. She insists on joining in even when she does not like that activity or just stops this young boy from joining in with his friends alone.

Her possessiveness was causing problems with his friends and eventually I knew he would be shut off from all other social events if this continued.

You see I had some experience of this. A first when I met this young man, when I was 19, I was impressed and felt special and I have never experienced this kind of attention and so naturally I took it to mean love. That someone loved and cared for me so much and wanted to be around me all the time and keep me to himself.

However, Early on he found out I wrote to a boy in Munich, Germany that I had met through my family when a group of young Bavarians came to visit us and stay, and we had remained in communication. That had to now stop and I was threatened that if it did not we would end.

It seemed reasonable to me at first as we were going steady and well he liked me to be all his, so naturally I was flattered to have so much attention.

He asked me to stop wearing anything pink or any make up as he preferred me natural, so I did, feeling that I liked to please him.

However being me, because I liked make up I just put make up on when I as not with him or at work. If he checked up on me at work I took the make up off. This should have been a warning sign, but I was young so what ever; It seemed normal to me as I had little experience with Boys and not a great relationship with my Mum which he also increased the wedge between us further.

I wanted to move and buy and new house that was being built near by, and by this time my parents were separated and I was indeed alone with him and I did not believe I could afford to do it alone. I asked if he would live there too and he said only of we are married; So then we go married. I knew it was wrong but I was trapped and too far down the road to stop it all.

Once we were married his behaviour became worse, I had so many rules to follow and even down to what I could eat. He wanted me to look like his EX girlfriend who he raved about all the time. So he wanted me to be a lot slimmer, longer hair and blonde, tiny arms and legs and waist like Kyle Monogue. He called me names and made me feel small and useless.

We would go to parties at friends houses and he would tell me terrible stuff before we went in so I felt embarrassed and he threatened me if my behaviour was too flirty he would smash the guy and me later. He threatened me with concrete wellington boots at the bottom of the canal and as I ad no friends or family who would know or care. He has systematically shut off all routes to safety.

He asked about work and was always so suspicious if I mentioned any one of my male colleges, so I just stopped mentioning names. But there was a work Christmas party coming up and I wanted to go, I loved to dance and get dressed up.

I managed to present the Christmas event in such as way that I could go but I felt nervous all night. I felt watched and in fear of having a good time I refused to dance I would not put it past him to spy on me just to cause an argument and help his plan to make me feel smaller and more useless.

I started to notice that he talked a good talk about work and how tough he was and how he threaten certain people. He worked as a landscape gardener and once had to go to one of the houses to collect something and I was in the car outside but I could hear him talking. Before he went in he said I’m going to tell him what for and that he is a cheater and a liar and get the money he owes us.

I listened to their conversation and it seemed normal no high or loud voices; When he came back to the car he said what he had done and how he had shouted and threatened him. Weird I thought but said nothing. I started noticing that he was the crazy insecure one and that by making me feel small and get me to do things or be a certain way it made him feel manly and like a tough man.

I did not say anything as he had a temper and had been very, very unreasonable and hit me several times but the verbal abuse was just as bad. He pushed me down stairs and took things away from me.

If I ever smiled at someone or was friendly with a neighbour I was threatened, as I was apparently having an affair. His fear and actions were crazy. I told very few people about my home life and I had no contact with my family so I was alone; The friends who knew some of the situations were staying away a long way away from me and any trouble as they did not want to get caught up in any of this although he was charming to some he was vile to others.

I had to get out of this mess I had created for myself and as my Mum liked to say often when I was growing up, you made your bed now lye in it.

I made a decision, I would leave him. The time had to be right. I had to build a safe exit route, I had to get away without any further repercussions. I waited for an argument but it never seemed big or bad enough to use as an exit route. I waited for him to threaten or hit me but when he did it seemed not significant enough to leave for.

There was another Christmas party on the horizon and a friend of mine would come and collect me and we would go together.

Her Dad actually a client of mine in the business I was then in, came to collect me and drove us to the Complete Angler Hotel In Marlow, such a beautiful hotel.

I promised myself I would eng-$joy myself no matter what, laugh Dance and to shell with the consequences

I had such a  lovely evening. My friends Dad dropped me off in the wee small hours and guess who was up? Questioning, playing the victim and accusing me of getting up to mischief. I wound myself up to a crescendo and exploded. I used that as the final straw.

I slept in the spare room and although I don’t think I did sleep much, I had made a stand. That was it no way back. He was always remorseful of his accusations and behaviour the next day so when he tried to make up I said it’s gone too far.

He cried and cried. But I was resolute. That week I found a flat and moved out and as It was Christmas planned a visit to my Mums to get away. I was skin and bone but so happy.

When I came back after Christmas I move into my new flat and the girl who had promised to help me was no where to be found, I as alone 15 car trips later I had moved out and although I had to leave my chocolate Labrador behind I was FREE.

The thing is as I write this today 30 + years on, I know that I still have dreams about being trapped with him. I dream I’ve gone back or still in that relationship and I am looking to escape.

It has had long lasting effects and even in ways you don’t imagine like my eating obsessions and desire to be thin, Self hate, poor self image, cruel self judgement, feeling all alone, not asking for help, waiting to be told off or punished for something that’s considered normal, like a fun conversation with someone. I know a lot of my eating disorder and desire to starve myself came from these days and as I face another trigger I am kinder and more gentle with myself and see the lesson and the huge gift from this personal but sad experience.

I am extremely sensitive to people and situations that feel off, and can detect a victim from a mile away. That vibration and self pity that leads to the bully tactics is so loud that I know I have a choice, to stay or go, and deal with it differently and hopefully head on.

I hope that for everyone in a relationship who finds themselves caught ‘between the devil and the deep blue sea’ you know that you get to chose, Maybe you have to be careful how you exit this relationship but you can do it. If I did so can you.

When I fell into this phase of womanhood feeling like I failed at everything I tried, I went looking for information and listened to my body and the symptoms I had. I promised myself I would resolve this. I had seen my mother and far too many of her friends struggle with terrible medication side effects and hormone pills and treatments that the doctors got to dish out from horse urine, Prozac to advise like ‘there is nothing I can do’ and they still aged rapidly and I saw the life drain out of them and their weight increase.

Not for me I decided. I knew what I had done to alter my hormones before in another phase of womanhood when hormones were causing no end of problems. So, I began to experiment with nutrition, It took me a lot of trail and error to adapt my intake to get the results I wished for. I was not a 30 something anymore but a 50 something and that was the difference.

Then I also looked and researched into what I was putting in as far as my mindset was concerned, and saw how the constant thoughts that I churned around in my head were equally as important as the cleaner nutrition I chose, as they caused certain hormones I did not want to race about my body to be released too. These chemical culprits from worry, stress and over work were adding to the adrenalin, Cortisol and Insulin in my blood stream that contributed greatly to the weight, the feelings of depression as well as the exhaustion. It took a while to get a new perception and have that working out for me and to change how I saw things, this alone impacted and altered these chemicals and hormones just by what I was concentrating on and I saw how I had un knowingly become addicted to the negative chemicals. I was used to being my normal every day mediocre struggle experience I had not seen the place I was in. Quite quickly things turned around 180°.

Change was happening and so easily now that I saw the benefits every day.

I figured out the best way to reclaim my body, my mind and soul and what I fed myself in terms of all three, the best nutrition, the best thoughts and I became more connected and tapped into myself as a happy soul. And each one has become equally as important as the other.

Ultimately I got myself back in tune and in a great place, I stopped the weight creeping back on, I felt like a younger more energized and happier version of myself. All because the lady loves her hormones…

And that happy experience has driven me to assist women from all over the globe to get back what they thought they had lost forever, lost in the fight with invisible hormones and attitudes that kill the light and turn it off in every woman struggling with her body because of hormones.

Your Body as your Body Guard

As soon as you wake up your brain looks around and becomes vigilant and has you in high alert. There is a part of the brain that looks for clues and dangers and how to navigate through your day. Your reptile brain looks in every corner to see what is a-safe and what is not and tells you.

You’re not even aware of this because its on automatic and you have always done it.

Your body constantly collects and pick up data all day long, and at night too for that matter.

Your body takes readings and even acts on the emotional state of others around you too, not just your own environment, thoughts and concerns.

All of this means that you are feeling al day long, although subconsciously your environment is alive with vibrations you receive and you will always have a chemical reaction to this level of High Alert and vigilant feeling, that goes onto further affect your internal organs, bacteria, cells and energy levels.

Your body is trying to get your attention with all this data. Can you feel the tension build in your stomach, in your neck and shoulders as the day wears on. The data keeps on coming in, it is relentless, all filtered via your marvelous reptile brain warning you of a potential plot against you, maybe something to mistrust or fear, your brain is there only to warn of danger and it is for you to make a conscious decision if it is worth acting upon. That’s it. Yet we don’t take the time.

Ignore these first signals and be sure that your mind will pick up the pace until it is influencing your body with signals of worry, until you really have to take notice of what these sign are telling you as you will have accidents, health issues become overwhelmed and eventually ask yourself what on earth is going on here?.

The BAD thing about the brain and body being your body guard

  1. She is always on duty as your body guard, giving you data to analyze and trying the best ways she can to get your undivided attention.
  2. You over think situations, analyze endlessly the hell out of them, not knowing why you feel so overwhelmed, with so many decisions to make and what’s right.
  3. You are becoming exhausted being ‘ON’ all the time and have no idea how to switch OFF this High Alert status. Too many ideas, plans, deadline, people to please, friend or foe, good or bad. When will it all end?

You can see clearly when it’s not yours to worry about and then – no ones opinion, judgments, bad behavior affect you or has your body on GUARD any more.

You become gently strong and so resilient and ask the right question to your own personal ‘body guard’

So many ladies have the misconception that to be in control is to be super busy and in control of everything, juggling work, home, family members, food, chores etc.

When I see the control that is needed towards food for someone, I know exactly where the issue lies in their battle for the control over their life too.

 

The very efficient vigilant Reptile part of the brain is on High Alert and if so, she needs a whole LOT of constant ENERGY to fuel all that pressure, those amount of thoughts and the need to fire fight situations, and so the body has to crave more and more fuel to restore the energy and the fuel lost in the days emergencies, and also creates a need to store extra energy as fuel on the body, something like a reserve tank to use should the re be a big emergency.

Because lets face it Every Day you wake up and it all starts over again, the status of High Alert and being ON Duty 24/7 hours of the day.

Until I discovered how to turn off my Reptile brain and get in control of the situations at hand I was exhausted and regularly craved certain foods to fuel me. I gained weight and had health issues of many sorts to resolve. My Body Guard saw to it that I held a store for that just in case event

Now thankfully I am economic with my energy use and only fight the fires that need my full attention and not everyone else’s as well… now that I feel is far more efficient.

7 Steps on How you can STOP 80 of your craving in 4 easy weeks.

A craving is simply a pattern that persists over a phase of time and no amount of willpower can stop you diving into that particular food and consuming it at those particular times.

Self-sabotage has us ruining everything we worked hard for and the very idea of not having it or restriction can be enough to have us throw away all our hard efforts, But there is something else at play here too. So dive in and let’s find out.

I intend to guide you through a process that will identify your craving so that you can start to break that pattern in a very short space of time.

You most likely already know the craving you have so let’s get started and find the deeper meaning for you today.

  1. What do you crave? Is it Salt, Fat or Sugar – Identify it name it
  2. Notice when the craving happens i.e. evening, alone time, in the car, or in the train, bored, frantic, after confrontation, experiencing a particular feeling or emotion? Find it
  3. Next time you are faced with that particular craving, STOP and push it away for a minute. Its Ok you can still have it after you have asked yourself this one question.
  4. What would be more fulfilling than this right now?
  5. Listen to your words as you are about to dive in and consume your craving, What do you say to yourself?
  6. What valid reasons do you give yourself and have for consuming this right now?
  7. How does your Body feel before and after you have consumed your craving?

Do this practice every time you get your craving and become really clear what the craving is telling you. There is a deeper meaning behind your craving, most certainly one that will surprise you.

Once you have identified your reasons and the deeper meaning for the craving, you are well on you’re way to ending it once and for all.

A beautiful woman came to see me for a session recently and asked to continue for a few months.
She started her sessions back in August 2018 and she had come because she was tired of trying everything else and nothing working. She was going to be the mother of the bride, her daughter’s wedding was in 6 weeks time and she just felt too uncomfortable in her own skin. Which is the case with most women who find their way to me.

 

Her big problem was that she felt out of control, as if her body was punishing her and that she would never find her way back to a body she loved and felt proud of. Naturally, she wanted to shine and look not only ‘priceless’ but feel ‘priceless’

 

She told me over the weeks about her eating patterns, food cravings, and choices and what she had tried and was putting it all down to food and feeling she needed to starve herself constantly. She used her cravings for certain foods when she was upset, criticized but never knew it or how to stop it, which is the nature of the thing we went on to heal. I listen and I am guided whenever I am asked to talk to people and their bodies, I hear what to say to open up a discussion that goes onto open up the healing. This is the bodies soul to soul connection with me and it feels like love, I hear what your body is asking for you to know.

 

When someone comes and asks for help, many avenues are open and this is the way it works. Finding love for yourself in this way is a different and the best form of love of all, and quite different from a romantic love or for your babies and children or with a best friend

This call from your soul to be loved shows up when we are finished, tired and about to give up, when we are wounded, hurting, sad, angry and finally had enough and have been repeating the same old madness over and over again.

When this call for healing shows up, it’s like pouring golden honey type of Love into the wound, It fills us up until we are so full and deeply satisfied, we need so little of anything else, food is less of a priority, the blame and anger dwindle away. It seeps into every cell, your mind is washed clean and emotions are neutralized. That is why this is so magical and my favourite kind of Love.
It washes over me as it washes over the person receiving, and it vibrates itself out into the world through us both.

Find your trigger and neutralize it?

Triggers come in all shapes and sizes. Its well worth neutralizing that trigger and moving on with your life.

5 Ways that Being ‘Selfish’ got all of us the Body we craved.

I am very happy to share this story of how Sandy becoming ‘Selfish’ made her dreams come true.

Sandy contacted me (best decision she ever made) to discover how what I did was different and why ladies were losing weight consistently, dropping dress sizes and getting their lives in order – but with as much effort she was putting in on what others told her would work, nothing, zip, nada changed for her.

She made a wise decision to work with me for 6 months and invest in herself as she committed to herself. On that day she was already changing at a very deep level.

She had put herself first.

Understanding her desires – was seeing her driving force, but she wanted more I could feel it.

We dug down and around with simple enough questions we started to find her vital missing nutrients – not food related but life related.

She was bored – with her job but it paid the basic bills, she disliked where she lived but it gave her independence and although she was alone a lot she was OK as she liked her own company. She talked and yearned to travel again, the places, people and new adventures, the freedom of traveling was a bit of a distant dream of hers.

Spending a year out after her studies had left her in debt, as well as her education debt so she needed to work now to pay those off. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place with no hope of traveling again and had the feeling she was being suffocated. I could feel that in her body – she could hardly breathe, she hardly moved, her routine and obligations to others drained her. Constant family obligations and caring for her parents and babysitting at a moment notice

Her dreams seemed to be a very selfish need and not at all practical or achievable, but she was dying and I could feel that this was a big part of the weight not shifting. I helped her understand that feeling so that she was aware of it too and what the consequences were on her body of that energy surging through her.

We took steady steps to counteract that.

She started to adopt the 5 ways that helped her take back control and watched as her body said: “thank you”.

Firstly, she admitted that she longed to go off traveling again and felt that relief of giving herself permission that she could if she wanted to.

Secondly, we had her plan create and design a perfect travel experience to dive into it fully

Next, I asked her to be very aware of how that felt in the body when she talked about traveling and the freedom she desired; We would go into that energy a lot every time we met up.

Fourthly, we discovered other areas that gave her a similar feeling in her body, putting herself first was new to her, One thing was the thought of moving house and not renting any more which was a big but exciting decision.

Fifthly, she daringly started looking for other jobs and imagining working in other places, maybe for herself becoming a home worker. And designing more around how that would feel.

Sandy moved house in a few months and changed her job, she has put her needs before those of others and as a result she lost 4 stone in the 4 months that we worked together and is still maintaining that body she craved, she has found that she loves life again and with that her body morphed and trusted here to fulfill her own needs;

I heard her laugh, heard her stories of adventures she been on and she dropped more dress sizes and has started dating.

You know that feeling when you feel so damn great and sure of yourself and what you’ree doing, that nothing nobody and no silly drama or situation can rock you. Really like water off a ducks back. Woosh. That’s inner strength.

I meet women every week who are wobbling, they are stressed out, over thinking, unfulfilled, and unsure of what they are doing, or why or what they can do or what is possible for them. I support them until they see massive physical consequences that they have had dreams about for decades.

There are about 12 steps all in all to get a woman into her priceless feeling, that’s when she is ROCK steady, feels SAFE, and bullet proof and untouched by her surroundings. Today I am sharing 3 of those steps.

Why do I do this? because I was so surprised that more people couldn’t put the puzzles together when I saw and felt the needs, wants and lack coming from them.. I understood and I lock into place the very pieces so that they never need to overeat, snack, give into cravings, or get frustrated with the physical symptoms that would not shift.

If you don’t do this right and you only look at the food aspect you miss the whole gift of the symptom.. for example I have women who just t-do the food portion with me and never did the practices I suggested in the ways I suggested and well no surprise they go back to the self sabotage and can’t move past the problem;

When it goes right I see ladies drop the need to snack, overeat and put too much on their plate and lose the weight forever, throw away this bigger cover up   clothes and go on to become who they came here to be.

So step 1 do your practice, Find your stress points and get used to feeling into what , who and when you are picking up on what triggers you. Know how it feels and be OK with it, We are meant to operate on a full range of feelings; that is what feeling alive means, and that’s is why we are here on this planet to experience and be OK and know we are safe feeling alive.

Step 2, Become fluent in your feelings, so many of us didn’t have a clue what we were feeling so how could we name it let alone not let us affect us ever again. Once we know it we are half way there.

When you walk into a room and feel the atmosphere

When you get triggered and know its someone playing the victim

When you feel so god damn happy you could burst.

 

Step 3 Be consistent and put yourself and how you feel first second and third. That’s a contract between you and you , your body your spirit and your mind. Learning to love all of you and turning up for yourself rather than running away and doing everything for others;

That’s part of the practice that has seen women turn 50lbs off into 100 and never go back. They are so fulfilled they no longer need to fill in the gaps and have them reaching for food, drink, cigarettes, anti depressants, over work or over sport to avoid hearing what their spirit and soul needs them to take care of so the whole of you can feel so sure of yourself that you never rock or wobble.

How to deal with those bumps in the road. (Avoid temptations)

We all hit bumps in the road of life. I am a big believer in it’s not how far you fall, but how quickly you bounce back. Your bump could be that you got frightened about something and that set off a chain of responses that resulted in your habitual reaction such as giving in to temptation, over indulging in a particular craving, distracting yourself with excesses of food or ended up drinking more than you planned, or one of your other distractions that you most commonly use.

 

I am beginning to write a lot (because it’s SO important) about this, and how the only thing we can really change is our perception to these situations. We have influence over some things in our lives, but mostly we are quite powerless to control every single situation and the feelings those situations bring up for us. That is why our attitude and perception can change everything for us, and it can all change in a very short space of time when we know what to do.

 

So when you (or I) hit a bump in the road, when we get thrown off track, when we get depressed and feel frightened – what do we do? HOW can we bounce back?

 

Sometimes however we feel that we don’t want to bounce back. Some of us would rather give in to temptation ans keep suppressing our feelings, emotions and think its easier to keep hiding away under that blanket of our chosen distraction, rather than to begin to understand ourselves and why we do what we habitually do. Is it easier in the long run to keep hiding and stuffing down those parts of ourselves that are dying to be seen, recognized and expressed. The path of self-destruction is filled with avoidance of yourself.

Everyone has their favourite distraction and technique to avoid what is potentially painful. Even too much potential happiness can be frightening, you see its is not just pain that we try and avoid. That’s what these addictions really are – avoidance of ourselves, which is to our own detriment. There are LOTS of ways to be and stay addicted. You can be addicted to substances, alcohol, people, work, fame, success, attention, flirting with people, sugar, food and lots of other things, even like avoidance in novels, films, entertainment – anything to keep you away from hearing your inner voice and true potential. I have concentrated on coaching about food as it has been my key avoidance drug, however they all operate in much the same way. Food has been one of my main avoidance techniques and where most of us need a kick start.

 

When we hit a rough patch in life, (and all of us do from time to time) instead of just letting ourselves feel it, which will admittedly take some practice and guidance, we tend to choose one of the above distractions or addictions and keep avoiding what’s within us. This is not what life and The Universe has in mind for you. No amount of chocolate, sex, alcohol, success, people or drugs can silence the gentle sensitive whisper of The Universe within you. Your soul needs and desires expression and wants to be heard, and is actually guiding you to understand, know and like yourself better and better.

 

So, today try this instead, instead of running and hiding behind your favourite distraction, I have another suggestion. My suggestion is that it’s time to stop running from The Universe, your feelings and your emotions and just face them. Be still. Get quiet and listen. Let yourself get angry, let yourself get sad. Face the truth; go through the feeling your experiencing and know when you do it will fade.

 

I have found a system that has helped me truly face my emotions and feelings instead of running from them. So I am going to give you some tips on HOW to feel your way through your feelings and remain as sane as possible through the process:

 

Try This;

If you find that you are angry, sad, jealous, hurt, embarrassed, ignored or what ever the feeling it is you’ve identified this time, then ask yourself “What do you have on that feeling?”

Keep asking yourself the same question over and over again, this process can take up to (15 minutes). Write it all out on a clean page everything you have on this one feeling. It is better to speak it out loud but without a coach to guide you then writing is a good substitute. Every time you’ve felt angry for example, what are all the things that have made you angry? Really get to know the feeling, really feel it, this is maybe the first time that you have ever been aware of this actual feeling in your body.

Can you feel the energy of this feeling? Soon you will recognize when you feel angry, what makes you angry and what you do when you feel angry, and what your habitual response is to that feeling has been.

You will also discover one invaluable and immediate step you can take whenever you feel stressed or have a situation that brings up a feeling of discomfort and pain.

 

There are additional ways to avoid the distractions you have set up for yourself, which I am happy to share and have listed below.

 

  1. Breathe – our bodies need oxygen. Most of us don’t breathe properly and deprive our body from this essential nutrient.

Take 3 deep belly breaths taking a count of a minimum of 6 seconds in and out.

 

2. Go 100{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e} Clean and sober from your distraction of choice. For 30 days give up the cigarettes, the alcohol, the lover, the sugar and the craving.

 

  1. Drink your fill – hydrate. Dehydration can lead to all kinds of negative side effects, including depression and low energy.

 

Drink 1 litre of the best water you can find, if you want details about what water just ask me.

 

  1. Exercise – Move your body 3-4 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

 

  1. Do a Detox – clean out the old stagnated matter and make room for the new in every sense, a detox can be beneficial to your environment as well as just what you consume. Once you clean up one area of your life the other areas demand a detox too.

 

  1. Eat a more alkaline diet. This is a great way to bring your body back into alignment

 

  1. Get a mentor or coach to help guide you through this process. It REALLY helps to have someone be an outside observer and guide you through with no judgements or expectations.

 

  1. Write your feelings. A spring clean in this way by using a Journal for 10-30 minutes to just let out how you feel onto a clean page really helps.

 

  1. Only hang out with friends who uplift you. Take a break from any negative people in your life.

 

  1. Write your goals down. Imagine your best life and write down what you really want your life to be like. Many of us have created no clear vision of the kind of life we want to create, and therefore and as a result it never happens. I can guide you with the right questions to ask yourself.

 

  1. When you start to have anxiety, sadness or any “negative” emotion, instead of reaching for the pills, the sugar or the drink, just let yourself feel your feelings. Where do you feel it? What does the feeling and the energy of it feel like. What are the symptoms?

 

  1. Visit places of high vibrations – sacred spaces, yoga studios, nature, be with awesome friends, etc. Go where the LOVE is.

 

I hope these tips help you break through. These are some of the most powerful tools I know to connect back to who you really are, to be able to hear The Universe and feel balanced and stay as sane as possible in the process.

Detox is just the right thing to do

The history of fasting goes back thousands of years.

Philosophers, scientists, and physicians have used it as a healing process to cure sicknesses. Ancient yogis have known about the positive effects of internal cleansing for thousands of years. Their internal cleansing methods include: fasting, colon cleansing, enemas and pure raw food. Many religions, including Christianity, Judaism, and Eastern religions used and still use fasting as a healing process for spiritual purification and communion with God. Fasting affects not only our physical being, but our mental, emotional, and spiritual self as well.
When we need to recharge, we take a break from life and go on vacation. When our body needs cleansing, fasting is time away from food. Both methods of withdrawal from normal routine help us get back in touch with what our bodies need.

So since the beginning, fasting…the avoidance all food and drinking only water…has been practiced by almost every serious spiritual community.  Not so in our time, now I take up the banner to re-educate you about these simple facts. It is as true is it is rare, that we actually seldom ever choose cleanse or fast just for the fun of it.  For most, it is the last thing that can be labelled as fun, yet millions of people all over the world are cleansing, fasting, or both. Why?

Even if it has been well established that millions and millions of people all over the world have been cleansing for thousands of years, but you still may be asking yourself, why on earth should I do a cleanse? Aren’t you even curious how you would feel or how you will look after experiencing a short fast?
The answer to why would anyone fast and cleanse, is a very simple one; it helps remove the obstacles that interfere with health: mental health, emotional health, and physical health.

Fasting and cleansing

Fasting and cleansing, when done properly, will have an amazing ability to clear out the causes of health issues and bring people back to a high state of health and well-being.  Nothing, absolutely nothing, compares to this amazing natural process. It is a very simple and quick process where people are amazed with the great effectiveness of the intestinal cleanse.  Cleansing, when done properly, speeds us forward spiritually by clearing the pathways of love, joy and clarity.  Cleansing helps us see what very few people have ever seen; it helps us become aware of things that generally remain unknown to the public.

Cleansing is remarkable in that it touches us on every level. When we open up and realize that the primary causes of our health issues are unconscious emotional programs, toxicity and acids, we then begin to see why cleansing works so brilliantly.

When cleansing, we always see a major improvement in our attitudes, feelings and our outlook on life.  Our newfound positive attitude strengthens our genetic structure. Our emotions and attitudes can alter our DNA and this is already recognised by science.

We can improve our nutritional intake by improving our digestion and what we are able to absorb. Intestinal cleansing will do far more for you than a water fast, as it will remove Mucoid plaque which is a major cause of nutrition deficiency. Cleansing will drastically reduce congestion and inflammation.

I have to say this; why would you waste your money on products that cannot cleanse you deeply?  If we are going to go the trouble of cleansing, why mess around with something that is superficial?  A tablet or capsule, that promises to cleanse our liver or clear out waste are usually no more than a laxative. Be very careful.

When we cleanse, we are always cleansing our vital organs such as the liver. It is a big mistake to try and cleanse the liver, gallbladder, the blood, etc. before cleansing the intestines. Here is why: The intestines feed the cells of our body by transporting its nutrients into the Portal Veins, which carries them directly to the liver.  When the intestines are full of old waste, most likely months old and really putrefied, the blood will be filthy and the liver has to then process the nutrients and whatever toxins are in that blood.  As long as the liver has to process bowel toxins it cannot effectively process its own toxins.  (so long as it is busy with what you consumed today or last week or month, it can never remove stored toxins such as from vaccines, pesticides or parasites, etc) Trying to clean the liver before cleansing the intestines is like trying to clean your toilet but never actually flushing it. It overflows and becomes a nasty problem. It simply can’t be done effectively.

The small intestines are the most important organ in our body to keep clean, for every other organ and cell depends upon the small intestines for its survival; they’re far more important than the colon.  We can live without a colon, but we cannot live without the small intestines.  It is the job of the small intestines to fully digest and assimilate the food we eat.  The colon is mainly a holding area for food until it is time to be eliminated.  The small intestines are extremely important to cleanse and keep in good shape, yet most people have developed problems in all the intestines, including the colon.  So, it is important to use a cleanse that can remove accumulated toxicity and mucoid plaque from the small intestine as well as the colon.  Here the Home Detox Box will do the job and help you to remove old putrefied waste from your small intestines as well as your colon.
