That was 1 month ago and when I brought her here for a deep dive retreat in SW France, I had to point out that she was far from broken in my eyes.

So what happened?

She replied, “Well I was broken, but then I started to listen to you and followed your advise and took care of myself in the very different ways, like you suggested and I climbed out of my hole.”

During her stay with me we went on a deep dive journey and in which she met her best friend – her soul-self, and she embarrassed her fully and after a day on a walk in the mountains she was told what she could call her new friend, she had found the name of her new best friend. Who has always been there for her and will have her back and hold her hand through thick and thin but now she can hear and see her.

This is such a wonderful experience to witness, I saw her face soften and look 10 years younger, far less contorted and obviously struggling with life, situations and her perceptions.  She sees the reasons things happen and let go of the need to control everything.

The good thing about meeting and getting to know your inner self – soul – best friend is that you have someone who had your back no latter what she is and will always be there for you. You are SAFE to let go and hand it over.

The bad thing about not meeting or knowing your soul is that you feel so alone struggling with everything, feeling fearful, doubt and cant see straight.

Not a great place to be which takes its toll on the physical body,

We all need a true and trusted loyal friend.

When you are ready to meet up with your SOUL and best friend start now by noticing what she is showing you , this will come out and be in your desires, dreams, what people have you met and liked or disliked, what situations are taking up all of your thoughts and attention right now?

Become aware of everything that happens as it has a reason. What is she (your soal and best friend ) showing you?

When are you craving foods and when do starve yourself and you reject all food and nourishment and try to ignore the painful situations and battles you are currently involved in?

Your soul talks to you via your feelings and experiences, deep desires.

Are you ready to play? With your soul and make life easier and more fun with her gently by your side?

Spring is here and I have a garden waiting to be planted, as I was gardening and weeding all over this glorious weekend – Nothing makes me happier than a garden filled with flowers and veggies – digging over a brand new flower bed and planting in there the seeds for flowers that I had collected and or bought, and the growing seedlings I planted in March I have courgettes, green beans, butternut, tomatoes chillies and other veggies. I saw how we are all flowers of one type of another and all need the ground to be prepared so that we can grow really strong and thrive. Feel safe and be protected from strong winds, or have no nutrients to allow us to grow fully.

Just as for those plants in my garden, there are numerous factors in our own flower bed that carve out whether we have the ability to survive or not. We need to weed every now-and-then and take out the weeds that could get stronger than the flower.

You are not fixed, final or being punished if you are suffering with physical difficulties, ailments symptoms, these are all pretty much reversible.

Hi I am Fiona Robertson and I hope that I can spread hope that your genes are not your destiny and in fact your genes cause less than 10% of all disease in your body.

Most of us don’t even consider our bodies as we grow up, they work, until they don’t then we seek out why not and look for blame.

There are numerous factors that carve out your ability to thrive. NUMEROUS

Why do we accept what a doctor tells us without having faith in our body to heal, what is it that takes our power away to mend and accept that this is our lot.

Your beliefs along with your relationships, the food you eat, the air you breathe, the way you handle stress, your connection and the contract with your body and soul and some other internal and external factors are what trigger how your genes get expressed physically.

If you never question your beliefs, your chemical make up, your ancestral patterns, what makes you handle stress one way whilst someone else glides through life without a hiccup or What your body and soul are pointing out to you-you may just get stuck in a rut and never fully develop and evolve into the woman you most want to be in the next phase of your life.

That’s BAD LUCK and a great shame because we can all week out the beliefs that no longer serve us, the patterns of eating, the patterns we were taught that don’t fuel us fully, we will have missing nutrients much like vitamins and minerals we will not thrive remain small and possible never flower.

YET the good thing is that regular weeding is not such a big task – but gives us the real space to grow stronger. Weeding and gently pulling out by the roots old hurts, old stories, old beliefs, and our habitual way of handling stress.

Like any good gardener knows there is a right time to pull and a right time to dig or leave it for a few more weeks – When the time is right when the moon is changing direction, the root comes out without snapping and regrowing the same weed back again. So the gardener waits and gently releases the grip of the weed on the plant she wants to grow..

I have seen and experienced age-old family contracts released in a few hours with huge physical consequences. Release of waste held onto for far too long removes itself from the body. (usually via the colon ) The energy sweeps through the body when the soul is heard and remarkable physical changes happen.

Food patterns and in particular cravings are neutralized, and with that, the need to overeat and fill in that huge empty gap with junk food and crap choices.

7 Steps on How you can STOP 80 of your craving in 4 easy weeks.

A craving is simply a pattern that persists over a phase of time and no amount of willpower can stop you diving into that particular food and consuming it at those particular times.

Self-sabotage has us ruining everything we worked hard for and the very idea of not having it or restriction can be enough to have us throw away all our hard efforts, But there is something else at play here too. So dive in and let’s find out.

I intend to guide you through a process that will identify your craving so that you can start to break that pattern in a very short space of time.

You most likely already know the craving you have so let’s get started and find the deeper meaning for you today.

  1. What do you crave? Is it Salt, Fat or Sugar – Identify it name it
  2. Notice when the craving happens i.e. evening, alone time, in the car, or in the train, bored, frantic, after confrontation, experiencing a particular feeling or emotion? Find it
  3. Next time you are faced with that particular craving, STOP and push it away for a minute. Its Ok you can still have it after you have asked yourself this one question.
  4. What would be more fulfilling than this right now?
  5. Listen to your words as you are about to dive in and consume your craving, What do you say to yourself?
  6. What valid reasons do you give yourself and have for consuming this right now?
  7. How does your Body feel before and after you have consumed your craving?

Do this practice every time you get your craving and become really clear what the craving is telling you. There is a deeper meaning behind your craving, most certainly one that will surprise you.

Once you have identified your reasons and the deeper meaning for the craving, you are well on you’re way to ending it once and for all.

Discover what you are missing and what the craving is teaching and calling for…..

What would be more fulfilling than this right now?

How can you have more of that?

I hope you found this informative and you begin to get an idea what your craving means for you. It can take several attempts to stop before you indulge so be gentle with yourself, It is so worth doing.

What’s Next – How to create yourself on purpose and become impervious to Drama’s RDV with your Higher Self.

Last week, Chatting away like an idiot, Bla Bla Bla so happy with myself and feeling confident, feeling I was on a roll…Nothing could stop me. I wasn’t aware that I was shining so brightly and attracting in yet another soul who wanted to re connect themselves with their whole self, Mind, Body & Spirit – all reunited, like 1 big happy Family reunion.

Last week after doing a live video where I was on a high, I could not get any higher, I met a great guy, and I was asked if I could re connect him with his Soul and give them that personal RDV with his Higher Self and know his Soul’s name and all those benefits that go with that..

Well “yes, of course, I can” – “That’s super easy”.

However, If I know one thing its this, This cannot be done via the head alone it is a full body connection. So I knew that the ground needed to be cleared and set up so that he could receive his own personal RDV with his Higher Self and for them to come forward to meet you. There needs to be mutual trust and a feeling of safety on both parts. This is not a ‘head’ thing you think about, it’s another thing entirely. I mean you need to be in a place that you can and be happy and feel safe to step out of your own way for a while and let them through. Its a feeling experience.

Hi, I am Fiona Robertson supporting women (mostly) to get to the root cause of their Physical Symptoms. Any good Shaman can take you on a journey to meet your Totem Animal – you come out from the underworld with an animal that is yours and can and will assist you if you know what to do with it, and read the signs you are given. This is no different – but being re connected to your Higher Self you can see them meet them almost touch them and you can get to see, hear and know them very clearly, and recognize their guidance, and get to learn how to work with them on a daily basis.

Isn’t that far more satisfying than saying Oh I’m a “Black Panther”, or I was born under the sign of “Taurus on a rising Libra with the moon in Gemini”.

I mean what use is that? Or that you are a Human Design “manifester” and there are only 12 % on the planet – but don’t know how to access and use that information or how to have an in-depth knowledge of yourself.

No one else can tell you how to experience a situation other than your Higher Self, or who is to be trusted, what information is true and what is false, or when to act and when to sit back, or how you can draw into you the very best relationships and business contracts. Or how to reset a relationships that has run its phase for you.

Your Higher Self is waiting to meet you and get to know you and have you know her/him and access to everything that makes you feel alive and in love with life.

There is no better feeling than when you reconnect and feel those feelings of being invincible, have phenomenal Inner strength and nothing is too much for you..

There are several undeniable benefits from personally meeting and working with your Higher Self-

  1. You get to know what you need, want and are lacking the most
  2. You see the BIG picture and don’t get lost in all the petty small drama’s and politics that dont need to concern you.
  3. Your world becomes easier to manage, to navigate simpler and more colourful
  4. Your health symptoms clear up as you are impervious to what was affecting you for years and rise above ut all.
  5. You are certainly calmer, much more relaxed and feel peaceful and even deeply satisfied in more and more situations

Can you see now how that will turn around the stress and reasons your body is screaming at you with numerous physical symptoms that dont disapear no matter what or how hard you have tried.

Your Soul and Higher self have the power to alter you physically and mentally as she calls for your undivided attention. I’ve seen it time and time again. And once we get the messages the symptoms simply disappear.

One of my stories goes like this……

I had such bad sciatica for about a year, I could not get out of bed without using and pulling my head up by my hair, to lift my head off the pillow so that it would not hurt me quite as much, I was slow in my ability to move, everything was painful. Every therapy I went to hoping to be assisted out of this pain did not help; until I discovered what the sciatica was actually there for.

If you look in Louise Hay it is seen as representative of … Being Hypercritical, Fear of Money and the future. Well that was where I was at but did not want to see it, I was a single Mum and incoming finances were at a zero since the split and I got no support from my EX and I had 2 kids to feed, clothe, house and raise … I was so, so mad. That was the gift my Higher Self gave me to see how I was acting and reacting, the gift of Sciatica. The pain was unbearable. But How do I clear that? No one could tell me that. Id tried every therapist I knew. But this was not for someone else to clear it up for me, much like starvation, diets and even exercise will not reduce weight if there is another reason it is there, to show you and get you to see beyond the symptom.

So I tuned in and asked for help to see how I could handle this as no one else can do this for me. I’d heard about writing a new story, for my future but also a new story about the past and my EX. I stared writing It was so hard… My sciatica cleared in a few days only to return when I repeated the old story some years later.

This is how the Higher Self , when you are fully connected to her/him will serve you to get rid of all the old garbage thoughts and stories you are carrying around.

You cannot get answers by thinking and over thinking and try as you might to work this all out, It is the re connection to your higher self that brings about the change when you get the message and make some playful 180° turns.

So a RDV with your Higher self is possible much like a journey to find your Totem animal I have done that 100’s of times- but the best bit by far is to get to know love and trust your higher self and let them trust and guide you.

The many 100’s of ways she gets you the messages she wants you to hear and is quite amazing. She will never give up and will never leave you, and will never forget about you.

She is waiting to meet you and give you a life to experience every physical experience possible, and get rid of everything that troubles and keeps you stuck.

What’s Next? is a reconnection to your Higher Self and to learn how to recognize her work, to see the evidence, to watch and be amazed by what gifts, experiences come your way.

“The Sweetness of Doing Nothing” is an attitude. It is a mindset. It is the opportunity to live freely and enjoy the simple things life has to offer, whether it is a beautiful sunset, a child’s laugh or a long nap outside on a warm summer afternoon

In Italy they have a saying, “il dolce far niente“. It means “the sweetness of doing nothing”. Italians live this phrase. It is ingrained in their very nature. To them, time is not something that can be spent, wasted or passed. It simply IS. Every moment holds the possibility of goodness. Sweetness. Pleasure. Not because of how much we squeeze into it, but because of the beauty that fills life itself. Goodness, blessings and pleasure are in every moment, we just need to pause long enough to notice

If you are anything like me, waking up and wondering what you can achieve today or rushing to start to work, feed the kids, animals and read my e-mails then you have forgotten the sweetness of life. But I hear you say who will do it if I don’t do it. WHO? I have to get this and that done to earn the money to live.

I used to agree with you. I am a super multi tasker, set me a goal and will do it, I will more than do it, achievements are everything, they make me feel secure, important and appreciated. But as I rush around getting irritated with the obstacles in my way, wasting my time, I got stressed and angry. Now, I can’t let it out because I am offering the persona of Calm and Balanced and in control. Ha Ha.

Oh what a mess! Then I was asked to take a morning off every week for the next four weeks just to do nothing. I replied “You don’t know me I laughed, how would I possibly make up that time? “

But I was set a challenge so I did it, so off I go disbelieving anything would come of wasting a morning with no phone, no note book to make notes, just me, my self and I. Sitting by a river doing nothing except enjoying life as the water drifted by and the birds flew about me. What a rush! A calm rush. I downloaded and emptied my head and as I walked back to the car I saw something that made everything worth while, a Kingfisher. A totem animal that sent ne the message Kingfisher’s medicine guides in seeing into the depths of emotions and into the un/subconscious. His lesson goes much deeper than what is on the surface.
This is another opportunity to balance masculine and feminine energies. He aids communication and reaching higher spiritual energies along with the ability to express ideas with coherence. You can make a choice as I have, to open yourself up to the gift of self time or get sick with exhaustion, depression, ruin your loving relationships and sooner or later not be able to function at all let alone at your normal speed and efficiency.

In my quiet time I have had some brilliant ideas and I have taken action on all of them and they are brilliant. So it seems the less I do the more focused I can become.
So that was the sweetness of doing nothing? I am now ready for more and I have planned for myself a 5 day Vision Quest in nature with just water and a tent to really get in touch with nature, quiet time and my inner self.

I consider myself a pretty social person, but I’ll admit now that I recognise when I need my “ Time out” Private time” down load time” call it what you will but you need it more than you think

Those precious periodic HOURS away from everyone and everything. After a long period of running retreats, some busy weekends with family and friends as wells as my on line coaching clients, a deadline to reach for an article and news letters etc then a short holiday away visiting people. All the voices in my head were too much, the chaos, the noise I hit a feeling I was familiar with but until now would have ploughed through. I was on the threshold of irritable, and a version of myself I don’t like. If your lucky you will notice this side of yourself and gently remind yourself to retreat for a time until you feel fit for society again. So after a brief period of seclusion (usually walk or hike in nature or a sit by the river watching the river run by, I’m as good as new. In short, a bit of regular solitude keeps me civilized. I try and weave this into every week now and I long for it like an affair when I just want my private time and private thoughts.

Recent studies show that there is a very definite need to go it alone once in a while. Solo time, is apparently good for the brain as well as the spirit. New research suggests that we remember information better when we go it alone. You know yourself that when you are pushed and it seems impossible to come up with a new idea, or answer a problem just drop it, walk away and come back to it with a fresh look and it all falls into place. Well that is what we are talking about here.

The researchers explain that we’re inherently “distracted” and “’multitasking’” in the presence of others – attuned to their responses as well as the task at hand. This energy causes stress on the body and especially the Kidneys as multitasking is using adrenalin and over working is a prime way to exhaust ourselves.

In tribal cultures with traditions like vision quests, many tribal societies support the power and necessity of solitude. Time away from the tribe is seen as a test of self-sufficiency as well as a time of growth. The individual returns to the group stronger, wiser – with more to offer the group as a result of the seclusion.

Our modern culture couldn’t be more different. These days we’re also impelled by the technological imperative to stay connected. People take laptops on vacation, their smart phones to bed with them. With the constant access to virtual if not actual socialization, experts wonder if we’ve forgotten how to be completely alone, wholly cut off for a time. Can we truly submerge ourselves in solitude when we’re fighting the urge to check email or Facebook “one more time”? I see this all the time at our retreat as people come to retreat and yet say they have work to do and cannot live a day without being connected. The feeling of being indispensable is killing us. The ones who do take the time to disconnect get the value of self time far better and respect the time for not having to wear a face or smile for the world, they experience far deeper emotional breakthroughs and clarity of mind. I encourage silence for a day or morning, as it is a great way to drop into the nothingness that we so need.

In my coaching practice when I guide people through a detox week at home, or with me at the retreat, I have some easy ways to get you into a quiet space with yourself. This needs to be taught more often than not. I have several coaching exercises that keep your attention on a simple task that opens you up to nothingness in the safety and comfort of your own environment. Often at home we have tasks or hobbies that we do that end up being purposeful. I am one of the worst to recognize that every task must have a purpose, I wake up and say what can I achieve today. Doing the garden is a hobby of mine it is like a meditation until I set a goal or agenda to it,. Then, somehow, what I like to do becomes something I had to do, which became work which became a drag.
I still really like gardening. But I have this way of needing to find “purpose” in what I do with my days that sucks the enjoyment out of everything. Why do I do that? ? Oh, I want so badly to just do what I love without an agenda. Without thinking of how I could be better utilizing my time or how I could make money at it or how I could use it to help or heal people. I wish, in all of this Work Ethic or motherly and womanly guilt, I could consistently find a way to see the sweetness of doing nothing.

Time to slow down.. We know the necessity of slowing down on the surface of it all, but how will I slow down, I will guide you. The detox (to use the word) is a time to stop all exterior activity and assimilation of stuff. All distractions but just to be with yourself. To honor yourself. Shut out all distractions such as TV, Chatter from books, people, computers, advertising, being marketed and sold to every second of the day, feeling judged, fashion choices, food choices, choices everywhere.
Yes the detox is a time to fast and not eat and the necessary time and space clean the physical body but it is more, so much more if you will allow it to be.

The home detox box is a detox that you can do at home for all the physical benefits that it brings but if you dare to go deeper you can get a huge benefit as well from the down time it provides. The program is easy and simple to follow and with some simple guidance you can turn the detox into a time of personal growth and connect with yourself rather than your normal buzzing, chattering environment.

We use alone time, the period of a detox as personal down time to process our relationships and recalibrate our sense of self. In solitude, we can return to our center. The detox as I see it is the physical challenge of fasting as well as to clear away the rubbish of your life. You create the chance to listen to your own thoughts during those days. to use the time to reflect on the past year – what’s it’s meant for me – and to simply just be.
Detoxing and some quiet solitude reminds us of what is essential to our identities. It inspires deeper deliberation and allows for the perception of more subtle sentiment. It gives us the chance to take inventory and hear the messages from our bodies and our emotions.
So, we can home in on what is vital to our well-being and what we will take with us to return to the world.
