You have a sweet tooth and find your self scoffing the sugary stuff even although you promised yourself it was ’over’ a ‘done thing’.

 I’m human and I’ve been there too, I’ve been in a body that felt like she was misbehaving as it did not respond to anything I was doing, and until I put a lot of these pieces together I was flummoxed, frustrated In fear I was going to stay like this for the rest of my life – 
 I could not wear the dresses I wanted, 
 I could not eat the food that I wanted –
 I certainly could not run along the beach like Bo Derrick with out the wobble, and you know there was no SEX with the light on.

 I was attracting bad relationships and never really felt like I could fit in. and it was just a battle all the time a battle with food and a battle with myself.

 I had a lot of unresolved emotional problems that were going on in the back ground and some of these were showing up for me then physically, stuff I was not able to cope with, and I was not adjusted well enough to deal with it as a young adult So It laid heavy on me and I wore it so to speak..

 I wanted to sort out the physical aspects which led me down a certain path to diets, then extreme diets and detox and cleansing and fasting. And each person I asked for help from I just knew they were missing the point and NOT going deep enough. There was a depth they were just not getting to, I enjoyed working with them I enjoyed it I had fun but it really wasn’t what I was there for. 

 I surprisingly learnt very little – only learnt about the food or the starvation aspect 
 Looking back it was another layer of distraction of really not going far enough. The depth I wanted to go to get to really understand me and clear all these habits patterns and blocks and unresolved emotional issues that were going on. I went on a quest to learn about my emotions and got sensitive to know what I was feeling and could name what I was feeling but it didn’t clear it or get further than the mental knowing and naming.

 I started to learn how to go inside instead and learn what the self sabotaging patterns I had going on and why I was constantly needing to NUMB myself. I knew that I wanted to get to the root cause and underlying reasons and really clear that out. and I knew and recognized there was a feeling on the inside of That’s not it… There is something missing here. I knew that in the back of my mind if I’m honest, My body showed me, I was overwhelmed and were just not getting there; Its just not IT. So this is why I cover these elements what’s really going on and why she cant drop the weight.

When you take a whole picture of you and put these pieces together you are in for a great ride.

What’s Next – How to create yourself on purpose and become impervious to Drama’s  – RDV with your Higher Self.

Last week, Chatting away like an idiot, Bla Bla Bla so happy with myself and feeling confident, feeling I was on a roll…Nothing could stop me. I wasn’t aware that I was shining so brightly and attracting in yet another soul who wanted to re connect themselves with their whole self, Mind, Body & Spirit – all reunited, like 1 big happy Family reunion.

Last week after doing a live video where I was on a high, I could not get any higher, I met a great guy, and I was asked if I could re connect him with his Soul and give them that personal RDV with his Higher Self and know his Soul’s name and all those benefits that go with that..

Well “yes, of course, I can” – “That’s super easy”.

However, If I know one thing its this, This cannot be done via the head alone it is a full body connection. So I knew that the ground needed to be cleared and set up so that he could receive his own personal RDV with his Higher Self and for them to come forward to meet you. There needs to be mutual trust and a feeling of safety on both parts. This is not a ‘head’ thing you think about, it’s another thing entirely. I mean you need to be in a place that you can and be happy and feel safe to step out of your own way for a while and let them through. Its a feeling experience.

Hi, I am Fiona Robertson supporting women (mostly) to get to the root cause of their Physical Symptoms. Oh No it needs to be one of mutual respect and the deepest care possible. On all levels, Mental, Physical and Spiritual equally.

Any good Shaman can take you on a journey to meet your Totem Animal – you come out from the underworld with an animal that is yours and can and will assist you if you know what to do with it, and read the signs you are given. This is no different – but being re connected to your Higher Self you can see them meet them almost touch them and you can get to see, hear and know them very clearly, and recognize their guidance, and get to learn how to work with them on a daily basis.

Isn’t that far more satisfying than saying Oh I’m a “Black Panther”, or I was born under the sign of “Taurus on a rising Libra with the moon in Gemini”.

I mean what use is that? Or that you are a Human Design “manifester” and there are only 12 % on the planet – but don’t know how to access and use that information or how to have an in-depth knowledge of yourself.

No one else can tell you how to experience a situation other than your Higher Self, or who is to be trusted, what information is true and what is false, or when to act and when to sit back, or how you can draw into you the very best relationships and business contracts. Or how to reset a relationships that has run its phase for you.

Your Higher Self is waiting to meet you and get to know you and have you know her/him and access to everything that makes you feel alive and in love with life.

There is no better feeling than when you reconnect and feel those feelings of being invincible, have phenomenal Inner strength and nothing is too much for you..

There are several undeniable benefits from personally meeting and working with your Higher Self-

  1. You get to know what you need, want and are lacking the most
  2. You see the BIG picture and don’t get lost in all the petty small drama’s and politics that dont need to concern you.
  3. Your world becomes easier to manage, to navigate simpler and more colourful
  4. Your health symptoms clear up as you are impervious to what was affecting you for years and rise above ut all.
  5. You are certainly calmer, much more relaxed and feel peaceful and even deeply satisfied in more and more situations

Can you see now how that will turn around the stress and reasons your body is screaming at you with numerous physical symptoms that dont disapear no matter what or how hard you have tried.

Your Soul and Higher self have the power to alter you physically and mentally as she calls for your undivided attention. I’ve seen it time and time again. And once we get the messages the symptoms simply disappear.

One of my stories goes like this……

I had such bad sciatica for about a year, I could not get out of bed without using and pulling my head up by my hair, to lift my head off the pillow so that it would not hurt me quite as much, I was slow in my ability to move, everything was painful. Every therapy I went to hoping to be assisted out of this pain did not help; until I discovered what the sciatica was actually there for.

If you look in Louise Hay it is seen as representative of … Being Hypercritical, Fear of Money and the future. Well that was where I was at but did not want to see it, I was a single Mum and incoming finances were at a zero since the split and I got no support from my EX and I had 2 kids to feed, clothe, house and raise … I was so, so mad. That was the gift my Higher Self gave me to see how I was acting and reacting, the gift of Sciatica. The pain was unbearable. But How do I clear that? No one could tell me that. Id tried every therapist I knew. But this was not for someone else to clear it up for me, much like starvation, diets and even exercise will not reduce weight if there is another reason it is there, to show you and get you to see beyond the symptom.

So I tuned in and asked for help to see how I could handle this as no one else can do this for me. I’d heard about writing a new story, for my future but also a new story about the past and my EX. I stared writing It was so hard… My sciatica cleared in a few days only to return when I repeated the old story some years later.

This is how the Higher Self , when you are fully connected to her/him will serve you to get rid of all the old garbage thoughts and stories you are carrying around.

You cannot get answers by thinking and over thinking and try as you might to work this all out, It is the re connection to your higher self that brings about the change when you get the message and make some playful 180° turns.

So a RDV with your Higher self is possible much like a journey to find your Totem animal I have done that 100’s of times- but the best bit by far is to get to know love and trust your higher self and let them trust and guide you.

The many 100’s of ways she gets you the messages she wants you to hear and is quite amazing. She will never give up and will never leave you, and will never forget about you.

She is waiting to meet you and give you a life to experience every physical experience possible, and get rid of everything that troubles and keeps you stuck.

Confessions of a Body Whisperer – how to become a deeply satisfied person.

The sun was shining, I was sitting outside on my new decking on Saturday morning and soaking up the morning sun, writing a bit and setting up my day ahead. When it struck me – yet again – I don’t need anything else other than this. I am filling up on “I am satisfied and fulfilled”. BOOM

I was feeling it again, I love my house, I love my boys I love, love, love myself and I appreciate my man, I appreciate my business, I love the garden I have planted, I am a very satisfied woman. I am extremely satisfied as a person!

Note to self  ‘this is how you turn around physical symptoms that have pested you for literally decades’.

THAT FEELING

That feeling that was so rare before – but now I know where to go find it for myself.

Later on Saturday, I had a call with a lovely woman who said I don’t know where to start, I’m finding it difficult to start and get going on your Phenomenal Inner Strength program. We are 3 weeks in and I so want to feel in control again, strong and I know only I can make me feel strong – but I am stuck can’t put pen to paper because I don’t know what I want, You know If I did know I’d be doing it – right?

Fiona: “How do you make me do that?”

Within 30 minutes we’d turned her energy around 180°, from feeling in despair and sad and useless to feeling so ALIVE in her body that she could feel exactly what she wanted to feel the most, She was grinning like a Cheshire Cat, throwing her head back and Laughing and she remembered who she was and was 100% ready to go and get her.

She had found the missing nutrient that would replace the happy pills she had been put on, and the extra food she’d endlessly tried using to fulfill herself with.

She had awakened her spirit again and was reconnected to her Higher Self who was showing up and telling her what would be the best for her, and what to go after, what she wanted, what she needed and was lacking the most – this did not come from her mind, in the way of – I feel good after shopping, spending lots on clothes and trinkets or having success in business, and working really hard or how she would feel in a slimmer body …..NO it came from the feelings her spirit and higher self showed her in just 30 minutes. She had reconnected with herself her true desires with her higher self and she felt amazing.

This is the feeling that brings about the added bonus of positive physical consequences, that releases all those aches and pains and symptoms, that see your body release persistent physical symptoms that have plagued you for years and even decades.

That is how I made her do that!

That is how she will stay on track because that feeling she understood in 30 minutes was the best feeling she could ever have, that would keep her spirit alive and not have her slip back to sleep and accept whatever crap or crumbs other people threw at her.

That feeling that raised her spirits was a personal message just for her from her Higher Self and now that she has that, she will never slip back to sleep or forget who she is and who she came here to be.

Becoming a High Spirited woman sees you reconnected to your Higher Self and 3 major benefits of that re connection are that :

  1. You go after what your spirited woman wants and respect and appreciate yourself,
  2. You Know what you want and you never accept crumbs and lousy behavior ever again you put yourself 1st 2nd and 3rd.
  3. You build Phenomenal Inner Strength from knowing your Higher Self and finding out how much she has always loved and been there for you if you could have only heard her.

My confessions is that it comes so naturally to me now and that I can turn anyone’s energy around 180° in just 30 minutes and seek out the feeling your Higher Self wants for you to feel so ALIVE in your body you will never go back to sleep, ignore or send her a torrent of dissatisfied words

Reconnecting long term and Locking in and living from that feeling that your Higher Self so wants you to experience is an energy that takes practice and I have so many methods to help you stay there.
