There are HUGE physical consequences when we forget to have FUN. When your SOUL feels rejected and not listened to, ignored & there is NO FUN or adventures, she feels betrayed, unheard.

Yet as far as society is concened you are doing everything she has been told is good, be a good wife, daughter, mother, sister and friend, putting herself last on the list…and here is x-where your soul gives you that EMPTY feeling, the one that makes you feel starving even if you have just had a huge supper at the fanciest restaurant. She is starving and your stomach feels acidic, empty and churning. Something is missing.

There is so much more available for you? SO much more when you choose how you proceed. And create what you are capable of and deserve in this life……

When I talk about creating your body I am inviting you to SEE what’s really going on. The cue’s the messages from your body in the physical symptoms, i.e. you will get the BIGGER PICTIRE as a reflection of your thoughts and feelings and your ability to go beyond that and get into a safer happier place and watch your body release the symptoms.

You can and will alter your weight as a physical symptom. I guarantee it. I believe in you and I know there are great things out there for you and it’s within your power to make them happen.

I used these techniques that I now use with renewing and creating brand new bodies, to manifest the fantastic man in my life, the best love affair and partner EVER. The house of my dreams and the life I wanted living and raising my kids in S.W France. So I knew this worked, but the theory was getting screwed up because of what I thought about my body.
We are after all the refection of what we think and feel.

I had work to do.

When I created my partner, I knew every aspect of what I wanted because I clearly knew now what I did nit want. I knew how it would feel. My heart and soul wanted that too. Possibly certainly more than I did. I wanted a love I would not hold back from, I wanted all in, deep heart and soul ALL IN and damn the consequences type of thing. Smitten, blindly in love and adoration.

So when I created my physical self I did the same I wanted a relationship with myself lust like a love affair. I wanted to feel my bodies love for me like my partner has for me, but more than that I waned to look and see and feel so in love with my own body that I could just look at myself and revel in myself all day long and feel satisfied.
I wanted to know my soul and her body and to get really clear how I wanted to feel.

I heard love songs and knew they were a sign for me to love myself deeper, Not to hold back, nor to give up.

I never altered my food from force I ate what I found delicious, I walked or took excursive that made me laugh and felt like play time, I spoke kind words, I saw my reflection, I looked at myself without avoiding my gaze, I released the people, places, situations that made me feel sad or angry.

My soul did nit want to feel that. I screwed me up inside and I could not digest with ease my surroundings, that’s when I knew I did not want to ever experience that again.

My body and soul mimicked what I felt, I shed pounds, in days, and stones in months. Literally the weight I carried left me I felt as light as a feather. I became the weight of my soul, A reflection of what I felt.

I loved her before she emerged as the beautiful swan.
I watched as month by month I could love and appreciate my body the flesh and bones I lived in; and morphed, shifted and created a brand new body out of thin air. I saw my body reflect the love I felt for her; I went all the way and never held back.

How French Women can have their cake and eat it too.

 

I would never have believed it was possible to be able to eat cake and stay slim, It went against all of my beliefs about food, Cake was bad wasn’t it?

After reading a recent article in the Daily Mail – female section. I knew why so many women struggled with food and ended up binging, starving and hating themselves. It was our education where I had experienced a different insight when I moved to France, A cultural difference that sets us apart in our perspective of food and the thoughts we have? This can be the make or break in any relationship. I was just 12 years old, a skinny girl sitting on the kitchen work top after school in my school uniform eating a liberal wedge of mature chedder cheese and drinking a creamy hot chocolate made with the top of the milk bottle cream. I felt so at home my body, I melted and I relaxed after the day at school. I disliked school at the time and I remember my mother was ironing, the kitchen was full of steam from the iron and the scent of fresh laundry getting all smooth under her gliding hand, when she said “If you keep eating like that you’ll get fat and you’ll never lose it, and then no one will ever love you.”

 

Right there and then from the next day I joined my mother on all her diet fads and in the quest to lose weight (even although I was skinny) or avoid the fear of ever getting fat and being unloved.

 

So when I moved to France in 2004 I was as you can imagine astonished seeing these chic, sleek and sassy French Women as they were selecting with such joy these pretty small sugary cakes to take with their creamy coffee, as a morning ritual and then sitting out on the terrace to thoroughly enjoy the seduction of le petite gateau avec une café. I took it all in and watched with curiosity as these women who felt no guilt or had any judgment of the choices they had made. They made no mention of “oh I shouldn’t, but hell I deserve it” or “a moment on the lips a life time on the hips” which is what I would have expected to hear. They took it all in so naturally and easily. They were thankfully oblivious to the stress I felt, I had refused a cake, stuck with tea and I regretted it. They were so easy and relaxed about the ritual. They even stopped and left half a cake uneaten on the pretty china plate. Making no excuses and not tempted by it what so ever.

I was in envy of their relationship with their ritual. I expected that they would refuse food for a whole week with what they had just eaten, but oh NO they ate normally, and from a whole wide range of foods I had struck of the list and named as bad years ago.

 

After being the detox diva for 10 years and literally rejecting 90{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e} of food on the planet, whilst running detox retreats to help women to wipe the slate clean not only from the toxins from food, but admittedly from the toxic thoughts we have towards food, which are if nothing else more damaging than the food themselves.

I had to re think my approach to food. I wanted to eat like like these French women, I wanted to enjoy food like I had never enjoyed before and hell I wanted the pleasure of it all too, and not have the feeling it was all going to come back and bite me in the bum.

 

These French Women taught me that there was no self hate or derogatory remarks about their bodies, they were in tune and instinctive about what they ate. They did not over think food, the whole experience came from the body I could tell. They were quite as they ate and were seduced by the cake, they felt every moment and took great pleasure from that moment they savoured it with all their senses, I could tell they were truly fulfilled. It was like watching several woman having mouth by food orgasms. I blushed and looked away. I bet they were like this with everything, fully present and enjoying the moment and feeling everything, no holding back. What a thought. I smiled at my wicked sense of curiosity.

I don’t know about you but I envied those chic looking French Women, ever since I was a teenager, the way they dressed, the way they enjoyed real food, they don’t get fat, and they all seemed so teeny tiny.

When I moved to France in 2004 I was intrigued how the French culture had shaped these women to eat in a completely different style to how I had been taught. I even read several survey’s that showed that the French spent longer at the table than any other nation. I read several books on food and eating phycology ie ‘The Omnivores Dilemma‘ that used the French style of eating as the model for how we could all eat for a more healthy balanced life and body.

I have experienced first hand the length of time that a French Family will sit at the table, where as for me I just wanted it to be over and done with and clear up.

It was literally like chalk and cheese when I moved in with my French Boyfriend and his Oh So French ways. I remember our first date, we met at the Band Stand in the picture post card Village of St Jean de Luz and he had a large bag filled with picnic food which I was to discover later. A picnic with fresh warm just baked French baguettes, local red wine (from a very good year), to be served in glasses, lots and lots of all types of French cheese, and a home made salad just for me with cheese and a home made oil dressing. All to be enjoyed on a run on the beach watching the sun go down.

I had to pull myself up on every single belief I had about food and eating and gave myself a serious talking to that night. How was I going to do this? and dont get fat? I was on my Raw Food obsessive eating phase and he turned up to take me on a picnic on the beach with all these wonderful French goodies that I had rejected refused and missed for years. I was a no bread, no wine, no cheese or oil salad dressing girl, but I had to decide to thoroughly enjoy the evening as it was intended. And there all in one go had to get over my obsessive self control and my stubborn and fixed beliefs, about what was good and bad. And I relaxed and allowed myself to enjoy a slowly prepared and delivered romantic evening sitting on the beach, on a rug watching the sun turn orange and melt down behind the horizon.

The French really adore their food and the time spent to thoroughly enjoy it, there is a lesson for us all on how to enjoy food again. They consider the meal a time to spend with your family, to spend together and enjoy the riches of life, and they really revel in Cheese, wine and bread. The trick is the pleasure and that there is no judgment of what you thoroughly enjoy.

I realized with years and years of diets and starvation under my belt I was going to have to learn to eat all over again, if I was going to have a healthy relationship with food, don’t get fat, and one where my weight could balance out without any word of a diet of the mention of restriction or rations.

I was 12 years old when in my mother’s kitchen (I say her kitchen because she was in control here) sitting on the kitchen counter top eating a wedge of mature cheddar and drinking a hot chocolate after school, and being told off that one day, “don’t get fat” I would be fat and unloved if I carried on eating what I loved. This was what introduced and started with my diet mentality, which has literally ruined any pleasure that could be had with food, everything was labeled as good or bad, and had judgment, guilt, naughty or some other emotion being attached to it. I joined my mother in her diet world and went cold turkey over night from sugar, fat, I judged everything I consumed and the joy was gone.

Most women that I speak to already believe they know exactly what they have to do to lose weight. That is to reduce their intake and move more, and that there will be no gain without pain.

However most women find the real challenge to:

  1. Know what to eat
  2. How to stop eating when they are not hungry but stressed
  3. Dedicate the time to do the stuff that really matters, every day, week and month

Imagine enjoying a love affair with food, being able to enjoy a meal out with friends without feeling self-conscious or feeling judged how many times you’ve reached for extra cheese or desert?

And the true pleasure of eating really delicious food, without any after effects of digestive discomfort from guilt, shame or embarrassment?

Let’s face it we have been taught since we were children that there is only one way to reach peace and confidence in the body and that is to diet and restrict certain foods.

So why then and how do the French seem to get away with their rich sauces, fatty cheeses and the bread with every meal and don’t get fat.

After years of enjoying French food and wine and cheese and not gaining an inch, I know for sure that there had to be more to this than food in and food out. I had to learn how to eat again and I know you can too.

Here is what my years of being in France has taught me and what I now have embraced and follow the french way for myself. It has brought me to be in instinctive eater again and to just know when I have had enough. I feel fulfilled and enjoy every mouthful to its fullest. My weight is balanced and I really love my food, my life and my body.

So why don’t French women get fat? And can eating for pleasure, help women to lose weight? Absolutely YES!

The first habit of the French woman is ‘NO Stress’, especially around food and eating. The number one element that has you over eating, has your body creating fat and storing fat is STRESS

When stress is involved there are several things that automatically happen in the body, that can’t be stopped unless you take some sort of peaceful stand and special action step.

When the body is stressed, it is in the ‘fight and flight’ mode, and releases several chemicals as well as key hormones, Cortisol being the main stress hormone that goes on to being responsible for the laying down of fat on your tummy. The body is actually trying to protect us from this perceived stress and reacting to how we feel.

Secondly the digestion shuts down and all the energy that is used for digestion and transforming what we eat into energy is stopped. Any energy that can be used is taken and redirected to the muscles for running or fighting.

The excess energy that was on hand to protect us that does never gets used for our flight or flight needs, is now toxic to us and needs stored in the safest place possible and goes where all toxins go, and that is in the fat cells.

When these hormones get released, It’s like having a house full of raging teenagers all craving beer and sugars doing everything bad and that they have been told not to do. Your body actually craves sugars when she is stressed because all the glucose and sugars have been used up with the stress.

So much potential damage is done with stress It is also good to note that the more frequently you experience stress, the more your body will habitually store and create for the next time, and if you do not release this stress it will still be there in your belly years decades later.

A diet has never been able to release this sort of fat because it needs released in another way entirely very different from diet or restriction and starvation and adding in more stressful exercise, just brings your body even more stress.

Remove the stress and your body will thank you with re gaining instinctively and naturally craving foods that , with the minerals and vitamins that she wants, needs and is lacking the most. This is called intuitive eating and comes from a place of having ‘peace with food’ and your body.

The diet has been a major cause for your body storing weight.

And so we come to the second reason French women never get fat.

The second habit of a French Woman is ‘No Scarcity’, especially around food and eating.

A French women does not comprehend the diet mentality, she is unlikely to have restricted her food, ever! Knowing instinctively when she was satisfied and had had enough and thoroughly enjoyed her meal, needing no extra treats because maybe she was stressed and she ate too fast and did not appreciate her meal. On the contrary au contraire The French woman has sensually enjoyed the whole experience. Voila!

French women never obsess about the fear around ‘don’t get fat’, they don’t snack either nor would they ever consider opening a packet of perfectly prepared in all the correct measured quantities of protein carbohydrate from a packet of dry food that you just add water to, that comes in 3 flavours. It’s laughable. Pourquoi? But the diet industry is huge and sells the notion of the perfect meal so bloody well to the busy woman, who is too stressed to eat properly, needs more energy and who never sits to eat or takes her time to nourish herself.

A woman who has been on diets, hundreds of diets (like myself since I was 12) and who is accustomed and has come to rely on the diet to re shape herself, is stuck in the mentality. The diet and scarcity mode has already done something nearly irreversible to her natural body’s natural instinctive response to food and her natural instincts top her environment. She has regularly limited, restricted and possibly starved herself, the body goes into a mode that expects her to do it again and again and begins to store food for times of scarcity.

Even if she tells her body that she can lose the weight the body’s senses do not trust her to be starving again some time soon.

Your body no longer trusts that there will be food supplied and her primitive response has kicked in to store every item of food you eat.

The only way to reverse this is to build trust so that the body can balance out and release the storage cupboards.

The third habit of a French Woman is ‘No Stagnation’, especially around food and eating.

The French women that I see have never waited and stayed still allowed that stagnant feeling to enter into their body. Waiting until they are feeling happy with their body to do something they love to do. No way, If they love something they do it, they eat or drink it, they create it. I call this the waiting –&– weighting game.

Women have put themselves last on the list for decades, considering it to be great mother, partner, daughter if they put their children’s needs first and their husband, their family, their career, but all the way along they got lost and put them selves on hold, on pause and in the idle busy mode. The stagnation set in and they don’t recognize what they even want any more. Forgotten joy, fun and high spirits drift off somewhere waiting for the right time to rise up.

Women who have gained weight sooner or later see it as that life got to heavy, and then they see that they are bored, fucked off and not in the relationship they fantasized about.

6 months from now you could be in completely new and very different body

6 months from now you could be in completely new and very different place within yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

 

You can alter your physical form – you can alter your thoughts and feelings that are creating your body on a cellular basis, and have the trust that you CAN do this.

There are 32.7 Trillion cells in your body, at least 200 different types without considering the millions of strains of bacteria which all create your body as she is today, and renew themselves every day from your thoughts and feelings.

There is nothing as responsive than your body to your thoughts and feelings. In Just 1 year you are nearly new, and every cell has been renewed. The eye regenerates itself every day. The liver (the seat of anger in the body) in 6 months, The kidney (the seat of worry in the body ) in 4 months, the skin (the role of protector) in 25 days. So yes you can be in a very different body in 6 months.

 

6 months ago I was I a different place from where I am now, and 6 months before that I was in a very different place from where I find myself happily today. I still could not see then some of the thoughts I hung onto that were creating me physically, they hung off my body and stored themselves in my cells and around my body and waist. Every now and then, when I changed my opinion, or my judgment around something that had bugged me, and I let it go and released the long held onto anger I had over a situation, and I would see chunks of weight disappear in just days.

 

I also released the mental torture I had going on which released the grip that sciatica had taken over on my back. I could walk again in just 3 days once I rewrote an old damaging story I was repeating, and that was how it’s done. Easy and so simple to do, but at the same time it took some determination, focus and practice. Still it was far easier and I had better results than any of my diets and detoxes Id done in the past.

 

This was my ‘story’ and why the weight hung around so long. Until one day I felt it all drop away, I let it all go and literally got that feeling that I was holding onto nothing. That feeling saved my life and my body from getting into further disrepair, as I was already suffering from a list of other physical symptoms because I had not listened to my Body Talk. So here was Sciatica, Ovarian cysts, Digestive complaints, skin rashes, neck pain and severe headaches to remind me to listen to my Body Talk, and grasp what I needed to grasp, see what I needed and I was lacking the most.

 

I see it all now as a blessing in disguise and I turned away from obsessing about diets and detox, raw food which I previously believed were the only way to shift weight. I got to know when I was stressed and learnt how to reduce them in an instant. I got to recognize what I had going on in my undercurrent, feelings of worry, anger, and fear and was acutely aware that these were creating a layer of protection around me as well as harsher symptoms to get me to notice my thoughts.

 

I threw away the diet books, calorie counting and the scales. I discovered the secret to weight loss. I stopped judging food as good and bad. I focused on the reasons why I could not stick to anything I tried before and cleared away the major subconscious mental blocks that were causing my body to keep the weight on.

 

Then I decided to let go of everything I know, what I had been taught about the body, I followed my intuition, and I started developing different approaches to this problem.

I tested everything on myself. It didn’t just happen over night, it took a while before I finally figured it all out and put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

But when I did, oh wow! It was such a breakthrough for me.

It felt so wonderful that I could let go of the yo-yo dieting, overeating, restricting, binging, and counting calories, and be in complete trust with my body WHILE still losing weight.

Today I’m going to walk and talk you through how to use this last piece of this simple formula, to reshape and rest your body, so that you can slip into something much more comfortable than you are in today.

So why do I feel you wont do it? Because I’ve seen it, I’ve done it myself, Ive put off avoided and procrastinated, I have manipulated everything around me so that I did not have to do it….. . You see It’s so simple that its actually hard? That’s why I am the best person who can see when your avoiding all of this too, and I get to catch you and pull you through to the other side.

 

You know that there is more to it than just food in and food out, you’ve always known and felt it, So there has to be something behind your weight that is stopping and blocking you from losing weight right?

So lets get down to business and have a look at the steps that will support you as you release what’s stopping you, and re set yourself from the inside out, so that you can embody the woman you always dreamt you could be and you intended to BE. The woman who lives the S#*T out of her life.

 

Step 4: Re Connect with your Body

She’s not so bad. Can you find the characteristics and elements about yourself that you really like, and can you go to the place you want to be and feel what it is like to be in the body you dream of right now – and still look on the mirror and see your reflection as you are today?

I know that’s a tough one – until you get what you want you wont be happy right? – but that’s what’s really sabotaging all your ability to get what you really desire. Your stuck in that old I won’t be happy until I get what I want, and if I don’t have what I want ill just be here being miserable.

So lets get you out of this dark miserable heavy place shall we? and find a way to keep you where the lighter side of life can find you and bring to you what you want.

What do you want to feel when you are the woman that lives the shit out of her life? Take some time and focus on a memory of when you felt so incredibly happy that you were singing, dancing, and could not careless about your body because she was so perfect. Get clear of the feeling you felt – where it is in your body, what you were wearing, saying about your day, get back into that feeling and stay there as long as you can. Give yourself a symbol that brings you back here as often as you can. An image, an anchor (anchors using NLP bring you back here quickly) and get aligned with her every single day, as often as you can.

This is energetic work and creates you from the inside out on a molecular structure. You are literally broadcasting what you want loud and clear, and you get what you broadcast and transmit, even if that is what you don’t want, so pay attention to your thoughts, desires, feelings and beliefs because they will find you and deliver to you what you broadcast. Its like placing an order every time you think or feel something so get really, really clear what you want and learn how to stay in that frequency for as long as possible – its a practice -its simple but can be hard to do.

Today I’m going to talk you through how to use this simple formula to reshape and rest your body, so that you can slip into something much more comfortable than you are in today.

So why do I FEEL that you wont do it? Because I’ve seen it…. because It’s so simple that its actually hard?

I’ll hear you say -“Where is the effort?”, “I have never done this before I can’t keep it up” “It’s impossible, its not real its too simple”.

I know I have said the same. You see secretly you enjoy the struggle and getting the badge of honor that says you survived – STOP IT!

This is not an army camp and you are not rewarded with effort – but I know that your so used to  the feeling of struggle, you’ve seen it with your mother and grandmother, and you feel you have to seem like its a struggle for you too, to get into the inner circle, have the same merit and admiration.

You believe its not possible that it could be that EASY, or even possible, and you know that there is more to it than just food in and food out so there has to be something behind your weight that is stopping and blocking you from losing weight. But your at a loss to think that its something your doing to sabotage your dream of a fit and healthy slim body.

So lets have a look at the steps that will support you as you release what’s stopping you and re set yourself from the inside out, so that you can embody the woman you always dreamt you could be and you are intended to BE.

Step 3: Build Your Mindset

As you create and become aware of your current mindset and see what thoughts you constantly carry and focus upon, you are building evidence to see what is stopping, blocking, storing, hoarding and piling on your weight

You just have to know and understand this –

There is nothing as responsive to your thoughts than your body.

 

What is your story

You have a CV, your life story how you got to be here and now – what brought you here? What stories can’t you help repeating, who did what to who ( namely you ).

Be aware of your history and if you are mostly looking backwards or forwards.

Start to catch yourself telling and repeating your stories of Woe, any victim energy you carry even if you refuse to see it it will be there. See the anger, the frustration the resentment, the bitter twisted tales you tell. Notice your comments, judgements, criticisms of others and yourself. See the blame you pass and the covering up you do. It all has to be seen. as this is running in your mindset and therefore set to appear again and again and more and more for you. causing you stress and worry and piles on the weight, as all those stories need to be stored somewhere and that means fat.

 

What beliefs do you carry that serve you or could it be time to dismiss them and release them entirely, never look back and re write your beliefs about what you now want to be influencing you.

Clear away some out of date beliefs starting now….

What are some of the main beliefs you hold and run about your body. Ask yourself What do I have on my body? and keep journaling for 20 minutes and see what comes up.

 

What do you want instead? Get clear the thoughts you want to have most of all when you live inside that comfortable easy body, and get aligned with her every single day.

This is the work and practice that is so utterly simple that created and molds your future body at a cellular level creating  cells that don’t need to store the old baggage. Its as simple and as hard as that……

Step 2: Find Out What Makes You Tick

Take time out to discover your own personal preferences in everything, art, kitchen furniture, wine, food, quiet, loud, storms, temperature, countries, people, colours, flowers, seaside or mountains, type of pen you write with, make of car, and so on.

 

Discover who you most want to be in the next phase of your life

Ignite that woman before it’s too late, who is she? Who have you never been able to be, but would still love to be? Ignite your Inner Lighter Wiser Woman who lives the S#*T out of her life and loves every moment of her day.

 

Interpret the messages that are already coming from your body.

The physical symptoms you have are an indicator for what is missing, they show you your weakest link. They reflect back to you what thoughts and vibration you are stuck on.

What symptoms do you experience from weight, skin re-ashes, digestive problems, fertility, Sciatica, back aches, ovarian cysts, Hot flushes, Thyroid and or headaches and mood swings.

 

For example –

Skin – Who is getting under your skin and annoying you? Your skin is your protection so what do you feel you need protection from?

Digestive problems – How are you digesting what goes on in your day, your relationships, emotions? What can you absorb and what goes through really easily and what does not? What can be assimilated and eliminated and what is being held onto and weighing you down?

Ovaries – what are you creating and nor sharing? What would you love to create but never have? The ovaries are where all life starts the very point of creation.

Sciatica – What have you been complaining about? what fears are you harboring ? What worries do you have about the future and are critical about your abilities to reach them?

Hot Flushes – What are you hot under the collar about? what gets you hot and bothered? What really makes you rage and get all hot and steamed up about?

Weight – What do you feel you need protection from? What are you avoiding and running away from; Are you feeling insecure? What are you seeking fulfillment from? Where else could you feel really truly fulfilled?

Fat – What are you needing to cover up? have you got feelings of anger, resentment and or that you deserve more? Do you feel that you are UN-nourished and crave more nurturing and nourishment to feel full and satisfied?

 

Changing the perspective on your emotions, feelings and beliefs is essential  – so lets start looking at this from another angle and get that clear.
