
As a subscriber to my site I know that there is something that you are searching for, something you feel you need support with. I know because I have searched long and hard for it too. Sometimes its not exactly what we think we need to be controlling, that will make the most significant differences.
For example, have you noticed, and don’t you find it strange that there is such a huge variety of experiences we are all having with our bodies, our weight, the food we eat, our range of movement, and the energy we have available to spend.

We’ve been trying really hard to do this by controlling our behavior from the outside in, with diets, exercise and will power, and beating ourselves up for feeling weak and not being disciplined enough. Now is the time to take control of it, which, by the way is he only way we can control anything… from the inside out.
If we want to live in a lighter, more flexible and energized body then perhaps we need to look at this from another angle, from the inside out.
During these webinar’s I’m planning to help everyone to see, hear and feel how their body responds to what we are telling it, the beliefs we hold about losing weight, or the food that we eat, and the BIG part that all plays on our body’s holding on to weight.
I can see clearly now after years of exploring this for myself and with many clients, that we are all literally wearing and weighed down by our attitudes, concerns, troubles and beliefs.
