She looked so ‘God Damn’ happy and confident and on top of her game and she was wearing exactly what I wanted to wear.

I wanted to be more like her, feel how she felt. Have what she had, there was a woman to emulate if ever I saw one. How did she do that?.

I am feeling higher than usual today – higher than I usually take myself or my clients- that is – ‘attitude wise’. I have purposely and consciously got into a higher energy for you today.

I am feeling so Blessed today, The sunny weather, the view of the mountains from my front door, the flowers in my garden I planted and appreciating where I chose to set up home in SW France, run my business from and raise my 2 beautiful boys. The projects I started I now see happening right before my eyes – I am so blessed.

I am here to meet you specifically to see my and your future self become the woman in her next phase of life … as we have always wanted to be.

The woman who I can play with and I want to play with you at that same level.

As the women who knows what she wants and wants to play with me and create a life where she feels in charge of herself – no compromising.

So how do I practice selfish, These feelings are for me : blessed to be ALIVE, excited, in love with life and with ourselves and a little scared of what reinventing ourselves entails.

A tiny bit scared of letting go of those trappings and all the stories, that comfort zone we have got used to. And a teeny bit scared of what lies on the other side….. will I be OK?

The fear of releasing and letting go is what I am an absolute expert in!

Helping you to get rid of it…. And drop it and move on is what I do every single day.

So here I am feeling excited about my day and a little scared of what will happen along my journey to let go of further traps and limitations that I may still have going on …so that I become the phenomenal woman I came here to be 100{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e}.

For this I have to put my feelings 1st, 2nd and 3rd and that can be seen as rather selfish. But it is the very best thing I can do – to see that I am getting what I need, want and where I am lacking the most so that I find a way that I love to fulfill that for myself.

I decided a long time ago NOT to settle for what was available, to live with what I was handed to me, That’s all that’s available for me, to be mediocre, but tinsteao feel ALIVE, excited about life, and take back control of what is about to be landed in my day.

 

So how do I practice my energy?

I look around me and see and feel all the great things around me,

I choose to look for and focus and see the beauty,

I chose to feel the love that surrounds me,

I choose to be and feel happy, in love and expect great things to happen for me.

I choose to see opportunity and a silver lining.

I choose to purposely and have delusional dreams about what it is that I want….

 

So that is what Selfish is…..

The bodyguard of the trendy club looked up at her with his head tilted to one side and eyebrows raised. He offered out his hand and asked kindly to please come down off the speakers.

She could not help a huge cheeky confident smile from spreading across her face as she leaned on him, and returned, without missing a beat to non-stop dancing on the dance floor …..

Dancing the night away for far longer than all of her boogying counterparts, who were half her age, she thoroughly enjoyed showing off on the dance floor. Full on arms up in the air hip wiggling enjoying the tribal beat. Remembering it was not that long ago she was stuck indoors every Friday night with a ‘dull life is over’ outlook on her life.

She deserved to let her hair down and act out as the BAD KITTY. She had overcome so much this last year and this was her time to shine. She may look wild but she had never been so sure of herself.

More than 25 years ago I had a guy who perused me endlessly and just when I thought he was actually going to ask me out and make me happy and ask me to be his girlfriend he said “I want you to go out dating”.

“UH? Why?” I asked.

He replied, “Well, when you have seen what’s out there you will appreciate me all the more”.

He was either seriously savvy or just a tease.

He was however deadly serious, and so I did go on a few dates, and boy oh boy was he sadly right. I was sadly disappointed and felt unseen, unheard by all these other guys. I just was not satisfied as we did not get any connection, real laughs or to any of the depths of conversation or understanding of each other that I was seeking. It was all rather too shallow and empty for me. I was starving for a real meaningful relationship, one that meant being really seen and heard, life-changing and that touched me and allowed me to discover more about what Life had to really offer me, more than fake credentials or fancy cars or restaurants ( just not original at all )

Anyway this guy and I, we did end up dating and going out together -the clever man. We were together for about 10 years all told and then it ran its course, as these things do. But I learned so much about myself and life and what was possible and available for me. No more mediocre relationships for me and I really did appreciate him and the depth we got to.

So what has this to do with being a diet tart, well I want you to have tried that new diet and have tried every diet that comes your way, to try and see how it goes for you and see how it makes you feel. Do these diets touch you and make you feel alive, reach new depths and understanding about your nourishment and relationships, or do they leave you in the shallows feeling you’re just ticking at the surface and splashing around without any real results? Do these diets leave you starving for recognition and to experience a real connection physically on a deeper level so that you get to release all the old fake cover up habits and tendencies?

The analogy is fantastic as we have all been on diets that leave us feeling empty and that don’t work even if they promise the earth. After weeks of effort, the body does still not show any indication that’s its shifted an ounce. So what’s really going on here?

What women want, is so much more than an empty relationship with a man or with her food, even with a skinnier waistline she can feel as if she is made to feel unimportant like a wallflower or feel like a sack of potatoes on the front of that yacht, or seated in that sexy sports car like she does not belong or quite fit in. That’s the time to change that relationship immediately with the man or the diet.

What woman wants, I find, more than anything is to feel that she feels priceless, and that comes from within her, not from the guy, the car or the clothes. She alone can feel priceless and appreciate herself where ever she is and in what ever she wears. From garden clothes to the finest dresses.

You have to know that it’s an inside job, You just gotta know that by now. Please say YES you know that now.

This event is all about the 3 ways to tell if you are triggered to overeat which is so often the case and you can find these triggers and be aware of how they could turn up in different ways be that;

It is great that you are here and watching or reading this, so that I can help to show you when and how to simply neutralize the stress and that dense energy caused in the body by the feeling of confrontation, which then, in turn, leads to a need for protection when we are faced with ongoing toxic relationships.
But I wanted to also mention that sometimes we are so used to these feelings that we have in those relationships, we are oblivious to the amount of stress it causes, it seems normal but it’s not and you could feel much much better..

Relationships are such a stressful part of our day and cause us in turn to seek comfort and that usually means FOOD and overeating be that immediately the event is over or later that day or night.

That is why this event is so important.

So today I am going to share with you the 3 Ways to Tell if your Cravings have been Triggered by Toxic Relationships
1. so the first way to know if you are being triggered by a toxic relationship is that you will certainly have a physical response, depending on the nature of the confrontation. Not all confrontation is aggressive and overt often it is passive aggressive and sly. So you will experience some of these feelings i.e. hold your breath, feel a contraction in your upper belly (solar plexus), feel sick, want to run for the door – but can’t get away, feel rage, red in the face, cry because you feel trapped, feel faint, you will get wind in the stomach due to the release of hormones and chemicals that affect the gut bacteria, Feel exhausted, and not least feel a void inside you, (like your empty) that you want to fill and so just after or later that evening in private when the house is quiet you will binge like nobodies business, That empty feeling also comes because so much stress has caused your body to use up every available ounce of sugar pushing adrenalin around the body and now all your reserves are gone, You need to refuel of burn out.

2. It’s the job of the body to protect you and she will do this any way she knows how, so that means she will want you to feel better and relax and that’s why food is often our first go to solution. Its quick handy and momentarily satisfying. So watch the events of the day, and who and what is upsetting you. I teach every woman how to use the stress scale to become aware when she is feeling uncomfortable and how to know how much danger she is in and talk herself down to far less stress, so she can cope better in these situations and have a far better chance of expressing herself with what she wants without screaming or crying. The body is fantastic and the more you experience stress the more she will keep a reserve for you to use up in times of stress, Maybe you don’t know you are under such stress it seems normal, others don’t feel the same. That’s because no one else experiences the world as you do. Your predisposed level of how you cope with certain sorts of stress will also vary, work stress deadlines and colleagues might be fine, compared to ex-partner or children confrontations or dealing with a sick or testy mother.

3. The need for protective energy flows and senses through your body sees this confrontation as a threat, and is being driven by how well you do or don’t cope, she is reacting to your feelings and your thoughts.
The energy becomes denser the more often you think or experience the same feeling over and over again. It’s on literally on guard and vigilant. The energy of this that collects in your body, will be located in one part of your body and causes you after a certain length of time a physical symptom. such as :
neck and shoulder aches and pains from carrying too much responsibility for too long, or
backache from general lack of support,
lower back – financial worries and
Middle back – all that stuff back there, guilt and people on your back
upper back – lack of emotional support,
Stomach – inability to work with new ideas, dread and fear
Leading to digestion problems which show you that you can’t digest your surroundings often ends up in IBS, gastro, Diarrhea and constipation.

The longer the confrontation is not resolved or paid attention to, (usually because you are happily ignoring it hoping it will go away or get better) by overeating or drinking every night, the energy tends to grow and takes over a section of the body often having a suffocating and constant empty feeling attached to it. Once this energy is released with techniques such as advanced energy healing work your breathing and eating habits will return to normal.

So if you can’t sit and watch TV without a snack or treat, or if you come home and open the wine and crisps, or have a snack drawer at work that empties pretty regularly PM me and let’s dive deeper.

3 reasons your unable to stop night time cravings, (whatever these cravings are for you). So you can gain more confidence whilst you are consistently losing weight.

 

Today we are looking at the three biggest reasons your having night time cravings and can’t stop, and how to turn these around quickly so that you can gain more confidence whilst you are consistently losing weight, without feeling that someone has taken all the candy away from the baby and not given you any ways of coping in return.

Isn’t it better to find out the reason behind the craving because it has you seriously over eating, ( which is gaining the weight ) then give you the solution so that you can quickly and easily find out what you were really hungry for all the time and fulfill that.

 

I had Marie tell me recently that she stopped her night time munching routine and hadn’t even realized it.

I had Melanie tell me she can see what she is doing now and smiles at herself and is well on the way to reaching the change she always wanted

3 reasons you have -night time cravings

 

The first reason then why we often find ourselves craving food at night time even when we are not hungry is.

  1. Something happened during the day that we could not cope with, we say we had a bad day and it leaves us feeling empty and maybe used, criticized, judged, told off, we feel bad and that we are not good enough. These emotions are just a sample but generaly we say I had a stressful or bad day. The evening comes and we have eaten but it did not fulfill the gaping hole we have and we still feel empty. That place in the top of the belly where our self-confidence sits; We were knocked and nothing seems to make us feel better, eating however has a way of relaxing us and superficially helping us through temporarily, Then the next day the issue is unresolved and we repeat the process. The evening is the time when its quiet in the house and when we have the time to process the day and our feelings, however, 80{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e} of women are oblivious to the triggers from their emotions as to why they were triggered and never get to the root cause; So food is the only choice until we can clear it. Does this woman feel she is unfulfilled and can have an empty sensation even if she has eaten well? Even the healthiest food cannot fix this need. If this woman goes on a diet its set for disaster.
  2. The second reason is that the gut our digestive system has millions and trillions of bacteria all ready to feed off what we give her, however if you have given her a sugar-based diet for decades she craves sugar and will crave sugar over and over again as sugars are a fast energy source and get used up rather fast especially if you are stressed and active running around. The gut will send you chemical messages to eat more. The evening is no different even if you have eaten a very large dinner your gut still needs more even if your not hungry, she cannot turn off the neurotransmitters to ask for food. There are way to reprogram her which I will happily go into at length if this is you. The busy rushed woman low on energy and feeling tired all the time..
  3. The third and last reason I will touch on today is the woman who hears constant messages and feels herself overlooked in her career and in her home life, feels she is wasting her time and does so much for others. She tells herself I’m not appreciated, I am forgotten, I don’t exist I deserve more. I bend over backward for everyone and still nothing. So when is it my turn?

This woman is feeling she deserves more and will find ways to take it. Food or extra shopping, maybe give herself bigger helpings and steal food when no one is looking. She craves something at night because she wants more out of life and is unfulfilled, maybe bored and lives a mediocre life. There has got to be more for her and there is and it’s not food I can tell you. I know I have been here too.

Changing the rules of what I ate saw me lose 2 stone (28lbs) in 2 months

But I resisted the change because it went against everything I had been told and believed

Last week at Badminton, I saw where else I resisted change and being told what to do. I go to Badminton every Monday and Thursday just for the hell of it because I find that sport so much fun. I feel just like a kid again. So here I was happily playing and loving the feeling of running all Ninja like smashing the shuttlecock back again and again, having to bend down and pick it up was becoming less. I could feel a little more satisfied that I was slowly improving. Then along came the instructor to give us some advanced tips and new techniques.

 

He was showing us how to get a stronger shot and get it to go further, and have far more chance of hitting it back and it landing where we wanted it to land. With that he was asking me to change the whole routine of dance steps that I had worked out for myself, and what I thought looked like some improvement and mediocre success.

 

I did these new steps slowly at first, practicing what he suggested, It seemed and felt all wrong, My body was in the habit of doing it another way. I resisted, yet I knew he was right so I practiced over and over for the hour we had left. I turned in the opposite direction that I would have habitually gone. I raised my racket and hit hard. It struck home exactly where I intended it to go and I experienced the difference it made with this new technique.

 

I kept practicing, over and over and I got more consistent and had a far better game of badminton. I enjoyed it more and more and it was all a lot less effort. The Ninja me was back and having the time of her life.

 

This reminded me of my resistance from when I changed what and how I ate, I learned how to eat again for my own individual body design. To follow my Body Code Food Group was to have my very own food code which had been set out for me by the Body Code method. I had to change the rules and do what I was resistant to get better results. For myself, I discovered that I was predisposed to eat more fat. The best food group for me included more fat, OMG who knew? which seemed bizarre as I had avoided fat for decades. Yet here I was being shown that it would help me access the fat cells and allow my body to run on the fuel I was predisposed and designed to run very efficiently on. This was all taken from answering questions about my physical symptoms highlighting the hormones and chemical culprits at play in my body causing these physical symptoms, mainly stubborn excess weight, fatigue, belly bloating. I started to practice but resisted the whole concept, got tied up in knots from what I believed and had been taught for so long, but that was clearly not working for me as I could not lose the 2 stone and the weight I so desperately wanted to hit.

 

I was impatient with my new way of eating and often questioned it and saw myself going back to the trusted way, of starvation and grains and the vegetables I thought were good, but now I know that ruined every chance of me losing weight. They contained the wrong fuel for my Body Code design and stopped any chance of my stored fat to be released.

 

I continued for 2 weeks then saw a remarkable change, dresses I loved were loose around me, trousers and jeans I had not worn for decades were easily fitting, I liked the reflection I saw in the mirror, I felt confident and I loved the way I was eating. I found it so satisfying and I ate better than I had in years.

 

Sometimes you just have to listen to a new way. This was an advanced dance step it took time to learn but when I did it changed the way I felt in my body entirely and so quickly.

I wanted to know my soul and her body and to get really clear how I wanted to feel.

I heard love songs and knew they were a sign for me to love myself deeper, Not to hold back, nor to give up.

I never altered my food from force I ate what I found delicious, I walked or took excursive that made me laugh and felt like play time, I spoke kind words, I saw my reflection, I looked at myself without avoiding my gaze, I released the people, places, situations that made me feel sad or angry.

My soul did nit want to feel that. I screwed me up inside and I could not digest with ease my surroundings, that’s when I knew I did not want to ever experience that again.

My body and soul mimicked what I felt, I shed pounds, in days, and stones in months. Literally the weight I carried left me I felt as light as a feather. I became the weight of my soul, A reflection of what I felt.

I loved her before she emerged as the beautiful swan.
I watched as month by month I could love and appreciate my body the flesh and bones I lived in; and morphed, shifted and created a brand new body out of thin air. I saw my body reflect the love I felt for her; I went all the way and never held back.

Pauline: I actually DID have a revelation this weekend – and it was huge: my weight has plateau-ed again despite the good food and exercise because I have discovered that it doesn’t feel safe being thin again. Shirley: I’ve had a revelation this weekend! Since starting PWF(peace with Food) with you Fiona, it’s been getting easier and easier to get to that place of peace and hearing what’s going on in my body. The yes / no has been very helpful. Digestion really improving alot and elimination much more regular and easier too ( sorry for the detail!)…..coming home to my body and feeling peace wherever I am helps enormously.. It feels very good though to have an opportunity to create a new pattern of positive behaviour in me, so that I don’t suffer as a result.
