One of the best ways to help the body destroy and get rid of unwanted parasites is following a parasite cleanse diet. This diet should be taken for at least 2 months to give your body an opportunity to get rid of all kinds of parasites and eggs that are hidden in different organs.

Parasites in the body can originate from several sources, such as raw meat, tainted water, pets or other animals.

They can cause symptoms like: digestive disorders, fatigue, food cravings and unstable blood sugar.

A good parasite cleanse diet involves eating herbs and natural whole foods that will help the body eliminate parasites.

The diet should have high mineral and nutrient content and shouldn’t contain any kind of artificial stimulants.

Here are some of the common foods and herbs that should be included in a good parasite cleansing diet. You can find them at your local grocery store or health food store……………………….

Available in the Cultured Club E-Book

The Cultured Club – Raw and Fermented Food – Probiotics For Gut Balance

You’re here because your curious about Cultured foods, or already know the benefits that cultured foods can provide and want to learn how to make them. Maybe you want to have a wider variety of foods in your pantry and are serious about your health.

I’m not one of those girls who tells you what you should do and gives you a list of foods to avoid and which super foods you must eat. I strongly believe we are far more intelligent than that, and know for ourselves what is best for us, our gut is telling us all the time.

One spoon of cultured food is far better for you than any bottle of probiotics sold over the counter in any health shop. And you can have these at your finger tips in days.

So why am I promoting detoxing, raw food and now fermented raw food with my Cultured Club, because….. I know its works! I have experienced the benefits of consuming cultured foods and I have grown to really love them, as well as they keep me younger than my years and help with things I have note even considered yet, or have ever been considered and attributed to having an extraordinary healthy gut.

Yes I am the Queen of guts! and I will be promoting everything to do with keeping your guts healthy, connecting to your guts and asking your guts what they need to thrive.

I believe we will never do anything long term unless we enjoy doing it, and so I plan to add in my whacky sense of humor to every class we do. You just can’t keep my cheeky nature away.

The Cultured foods and drinks we will be concentring on are:

Saurkraut

Kimchi

Pickled vegetables

Kefir water and Coconut water

Kefir Milk and making kefir cheese

Kombucha
