In most cases, spirit animals will be most present when you journey out of your conventional state of mind, such as during meditations, and sessions set up similar to meditative Reiki sessions to allow you to enter into other altered states of consciousness.
Meditation provides an effective way to connecting to your spirit animal. The term “meditation” is used as a way to describe a way to designate a means of relaxing and using active imagination to visualize and “journey inwardly”. Set your intention for this inner journey to connect with one or several animals.
Using meditation allows you to drop into a different state of mind or altered state where you are more receptive to the energy and intuitive wisdom of the animal spirits.
Once you have found your spirit animal they will be available for you to move forward in easier ways and assist you with situations, decisions and in different ways at different phases in your life.
The journey can take 60 minutes and is like a meditation, relaxed, quiet and peaceful.
