I have come to recognize several types of eater and taken the test myself.
There are said to be about 10 different eating styles and I have selected 3 to show you (below) the difference between them.
When I took the test several years ago, I came up as a split personality, from an intuitive eater when I am relaxed and tuned in and asking myself what do I want to eat. Then I flit to a functional eater where any food and food preparation is the biggest pain of my life, and I can’t wait to get it out of the way and onto something else.
