Interviewer: Hello, What is your name?
Sarafina: My name is Sarafina,
Interviewer: I am happy to meet you Sarafina. Are you happy to answer a few questions that Fiona has for you?
Sarafina: Yes, Go ahead.
Interviewer: Fiona would like to know what exactly do you want her to do?.
Sarafina: Be the voice of us the collective to help humans feel, feel into all the many choices they have, that is the next step in the evolution of the population partnered with their soul.
Interviewer: Can you share with us today what these cards and the book “Awaken With The Dragons and PRACTICAL MAGIC LIFE – Creating Your New Future” is to share exactly?
Sarafina: The human population needs to evolve from being over thinkers.
It’s about human beings having shut down their access and disconnected to consciousness and their awareness because it was too much to deal with. On the contrary it is less to deal with than the amount of force and energy and rules and regulations, and not being able to trust people and things going wrong.
It is a complete turn around from the way you think you need to do things to get things done, and to get what you want.
There is a continual conversation that includes the soul, the spirit, in every single thing that you do. You feel your body respond as you communicate and you just know because you can feel it. You feel the energy of it rising from your body.
There seems to be so much you have to think about. Until you can control the mind and have peace in the mind. Until then you are going to be chaotic, your feelings are going to be too many, your thoughts are going to be too many. And then nothing can be heard by us and nothing can be delivered. You cannot receive because of what you are sending out, what you are radiating is just utter confusion. We feel the confusion and can’t act or guide you.
Interviewer: I can see that. Anything else?
Sarafina: Be consciously aware of what you want and how it feels to you. There is always so much for us to share and knowing when to stop sharing. It is a very important book and transformation phase for its time, it’s a very important change in reality, you change your way of doing things connected with the soul, understanding things and coming at things from a different angle.
There is always so much more to be shared, but none of it is any good if people don’t change the way that they do things. This is a book to open up to the possibility of living in a different direction.
Interviewer: Thank you. Anything else?
Sarafina: It is frustrating for us to see the human race struggling so much, but this is the time of great change so we do understand, and that’s why we are here to help. This is a great time to change things in a way that the population and the planet is operating, and surviving and what you came here for in the first place, what you came to experience on the planet. Such a beautiful planet that was set up for you. There are so many different opportunities and yet patience is one of the things you need.
Along with feeling safe in a whole spectrum of emotions and feelings.
Know that everything is available to you.
Interviewer: So where should one start to feel the feeling?
Sarafina: How different is hot and cold, how different is receiving a smile to shedding a tear, how does it feel as these things happen and pass through your body. Being aware and being present of what’s passing through your body is a joy, the fact that you can feel these things, just a feeling with no words, no story, no narration of what’s happening, just to feel it, that’s the experience you seek.
Interviewer: And then we should just let it go, let it pass through the body?
Sarafina: Pass through the body, recognize it. There is a learning sometimes from a feeling with a situation. All too often a feeling gets hooked and sits and stays in the body for way too long, and it goes stale and it gets hardened and it gets tough, it creates a form of its own in the body.
Interviewer: That’s interesting, it becomes its own entity?
Sarafina: Yes, you give it form with thoughts and the worry and attach things to that particular feeling trying to make sense of it, and go onto analyse it deep down, look at it, look at it again, feel it again, analyse it, feel it again, tell the story again. You are giving form to something that can pass. And when you give form to something you are not allowing other feelings to come through because you are located in that space, and you are locked in on that one feeling and experience that you think defines your life, when there is so much more to be found.
Interviewer: Do you think humans are afraid that they won’t get any additional feelings and that’s why they hang on to the ones that they have?
Sarafina: Humans are frightened of feeling. Mostly because they think feeling is just about pain, they believe that there has to be joy with pain, and what is the payoff? or that somehow they deserve pain. These are all teachings to keep you submissive, this is religion coming through, controlling the masses. Don’t think too much, don’t have too much, and don’t have too much joy, keeps you submissive, limited and controlled.
