Are all Vegans healthy?

Are all Vegetarians healthy?

And the easiest part by far for Vegans or Vegetarians is the cutting out the meat part.

But if you are running on empty with these three essential ingredients that I am going to cover off today you will not allow your body to lose weight no matter how little you eat. Your missing some vital foundations in your chosen diet

As a vegan or as a vegetarian, that’s the easy part to say “I just won’t eat meat, then I’ll be healthy and slimy” – maybe you’ve made your decision based on what you’ve heard, that there is so much yuk in meat now, hormones, toxins, and you just don’t want to digest or have that in your body, let alone the moral standpoint many of us take based on not wanting to eat animals. SO, let’s get clear what we need to include as a vegan or vegeterian when we cut out some sources of nutrients in our diet.

What so many of us forget is to include these 3 essentials that everybody needs to stay healthy, if we miss the very foundation of what builds the body, the body cannot release the weight.

So today I have covered off the 3 essential things that we need to be including to keep us in TIP TOP shape with energy to burn.

So let’s take a quick look first at the superfoods that you will do incredibly well to support you, that build great foundations when you change your diet and want to stay incredibly healthy

I am Fiona Robertson the body Renewer and a Body Whisperer and you will find me with a shopping trolly full of fresh dark green salads from the market every Friday and with lots of plants and veggies for the whole week. Following my body code. You know if you ask anyone, especially my kids what it is I actually eat? they will say SALAD… but possibly they will miss all the other stuff I am doing that keeps me healthy and sane. So that I still enjoy eating at the table with the family.

I have experimented with food for what seems like ever, over 40 years and at least I know I have it down for what works for me and what I love to eat. And I have my sanity back. Yes, I admit I went a little mad, being obsessed with food and got all stressed and bent out of shape about food. I even ended up overeating on the healthiest food, as I was not considering my stress levels when I was dieting, This was insanity and why I am sharing the foods that considerably help you stay sane.

For months on end, I depleting my stores by detoxing and extreme dieting away all of my stores of the good stuff I am going to share with you today were at ZERO, and it was then I bottomed out and discovered why that had happened to me. It was then that I started to listen to my body, her cravings, her symptoms, and the stubborn weight even at my starving point and I began to hear what she needed, wanted and lacked most. Cravings for seaweed, salt or chocolate were all signs of a depleted system.

So today lets concentrate on the 3 essential elements we need to include to stay in TIP TOP form assisting your mental state as well as your physical state – when we change our diet want to lose some pounds and stay healthy in the mind and body.

 

You see I know now what it takes to keep those macronutrients charged. They are all available naturally and via not chemical supplements, that take just minutes to take, but that help you stay super healthy and fully charged. If you are stagnant for a lot of the day then don’t drink beet juice its pure sugar. That goes for many of these popular juices just a complete nonsense sugar party . You may as well drink a soda pop.

Quick tip if you hate a food don’t take it, If it smells and makes your stomach turn, please don’t force yourself to swallow it down even if you have been told it is the healthiest thing on the planet.

 

YOUR BODY IS SPEAKING TO YOU AND SAYING NO!!! Please no, don’t eat that.

 

Learn to listen to your body and what she wants as much as a list of superfoods that someone is trying to sell you in a plastic carton. Search with your eyes when you go shopping what looks so appetizing, and what foods pop up into your head when you say “Ohhh what do I want to eat right now?”

Then go and make it and enjoy every mouthful. Delight in the texture, flavor and ask your body to absorb what she needs.

Be reasonable and listen carefully to your body who gave you that craving to overeat on chocolate, crisps or sweets? it is just her way to banish and avoid feeling hurt or angry again after a sad or dramatic emotional day.

Learn the difference between a craving for nutrients and a craving for numbing put a painful memory.

Eat the food you really enjoy, find delicious, tasty and that you absolutely love.

In most high street restaurants you will never experience the love that the chef puts into your food, Not like your mother did when she prepared food for her family to enjoy all together around the table.

Get to know if you enjoy your meals and if you love to eat in big a crowd or eat alone, or eat in silence or eat in amongst the noise. What do you prefer?

Get to know how you love to eat and how that fills your senses as much as the food itself. Eating and food is an experience and the environment is equally as important to your digestion. So much stress can come from being at the table, family crisis, judgments, arguments OR you could see that as your wonderful family dynamics and just love and miss the atmosphere. And thrive off it, yet sitting alone eating your lunch at your desk or on the run you may miss these essential elements for you and leave you feeling empty and hungry all afternoon or evening, and giving into cravings.

Changing the rules of what I ate saw me lose 2 stone (28lbs) in 2 months

But I resisted the change because it went against everything I had been told and believed

Last week at Badminton, I saw where else I resisted change and being told what to do. I go to Badminton every Monday and Thursday just for the hell of it because I find that sport so much fun. I feel just like a kid again. So here I was happily playing and loving the feeling of running all Ninja like smashing the shuttlecock back again and again, having to bend down and pick it up was becoming less. I could feel a little more satisfied that I was slowly improving. Then along came the instructor to give us some advanced tips and new techniques.

 

He was showing us how to get a stronger shot and get it to go further, and have far more chance of hitting it back and it landing where we wanted it to land. With that he was asking me to change the whole routine of dance steps that I had worked out for myself, and what I thought looked like some improvement and mediocre success.

 

I did these new steps slowly at first, practicing what he suggested, It seemed and felt all wrong, My body was in the habit of doing it another way. I resisted, yet I knew he was right so I practiced over and over for the hour we had left. I turned in the opposite direction that I would have habitually gone. I raised my racket and hit hard. It struck home exactly where I intended it to go and I experienced the difference it made with this new technique.

 

I kept practicing, over and over and I got more consistent and had a far better game of badminton. I enjoyed it more and more and it was all a lot less effort. The Ninja me was back and having the time of her life.

 

This reminded me of my resistance from when I changed what and how I ate, I learned how to eat again for my own individual body design. To follow my Body Code Food Group was to have my very own food code which had been set out for me by the Body Code method. I had to change the rules and do what I was resistant to get better results. For myself, I discovered that I was predisposed to eat more fat. The best food group for me included more fat, OMG who knew? which seemed bizarre as I had avoided fat for decades. Yet here I was being shown that it would help me access the fat cells and allow my body to run on the fuel I was predisposed and designed to run very efficiently on. This was all taken from answering questions about my physical symptoms highlighting the hormones and chemical culprits at play in my body causing these physical symptoms, mainly stubborn excess weight, fatigue, belly bloating. I started to practice but resisted the whole concept, got tied up in knots from what I believed and had been taught for so long, but that was clearly not working for me as I could not lose the 2 stone and the weight I so desperately wanted to hit.

 

I was impatient with my new way of eating and often questioned it and saw myself going back to the trusted way, of starvation and grains and the vegetables I thought were good, but now I know that ruined every chance of me losing weight. They contained the wrong fuel for my Body Code design and stopped any chance of my stored fat to be released.

 

I continued for 2 weeks then saw a remarkable change, dresses I loved were loose around me, trousers and jeans I had not worn for decades were easily fitting, I liked the reflection I saw in the mirror, I felt confident and I loved the way I was eating. I found it so satisfying and I ate better than I had in years.

 

Sometimes you just have to listen to a new way. This was an advanced dance step it took time to learn but when I did it changed the way I felt in my body entirely and so quickly.

 

What I did exactly was; First I reset my entire body and digestion system with a 7 Day Detox and Cleanse. GOING NUTS – Natasha’s Nut Cravings Had a Deeper Meaning. Natasha was going nuts every evening overeating and feeling out of control with cravings for crunchy nuts.

 

Never seeing the deeper meaning until one day she actually cracked it !!!! Every night for 3 months Natasha found herself against her better judgement crunching away on nuts, night after night she munched away until it started to affect her self confidence, her best suits and dresses no longer fitted and she felt embarrassed and utterly crappy.

 

Natasha came to me saying help me I’m going crazy, I’ve tried everything to stop and it is beyond my ability to fathom out what’s causing this out of control eating at night time, every night I am called to eat so many nuts. I can’t stop, It’s just wild.

 

What lay in Natashas unconscious mind would have to be unraveled and reveal to us where this night fetish came from, which would tell us how and what path we needed to use to set her straight again. Which is always the way with any craving.

We started and got to the exact point that revealed where it had all started. From a recent stay from her 2 sisters which posed problems and reopened wounds from years and years ago> These had never been dealt with and Natasha had never expressed how this made her feel, basically because she did not know how she felt and kept that hidden behind a smile and great hospitality.

 

This is what I read recently in phycologies magazine; 80{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e} of women over 40 are oblivious to how they feel and what their triggers actually are to cravings feeling out of control with eating. Binging and all of our food obsessions are our way of avoiding and resisting something that we end up swallowing down with huge amounts of food and wine, just because we don’t know how to navigate our feelings or how to express ourselves..

 

Mentally Natasha had decided to divorce her family, a big decision but emotionally she was hooked up on wanting a happy family and still caught up in all the events from the past that were still hurting her.

 

This day stopped all of that, both the mental and the emotional swirling.

 

During this session I dropped Natasha away from her head and deeper into her body wisdom, then further still into her deeper unconscious mind. No amount of mental mindset or investigation will ever get you past the stories we tell about what hurts us, so we had to go deeper. The fact that Natasha had earlier told me she did not want to swallow the nuts told me that she was ready to stop this hurtful story once and for all.

 

WE dropped down into where Natasha felt the hurt in her actual body, I had felt like I was being suffocated all the time whilst I was talking to her, and was keen to breathe again but I had to get her to reach that point for herself. First of all she was still in her head and then she found the hurts as she felt it she dropped down to where the hurts physically sat, in her lungs,

‘I feel suffocated’ she said

‘excellent’ I replied but felt a huge Hallelujah,

‘Where else I asked?’

‘My heart and my tummy’. This was just Brilliant and then we could actually ask for help from her inner self, her guides and whoever was available to lift off and lift out this hurt.

 

The Energy Body was being crushed by this hurt, that in energy form was doing a lot of damage, it was a big round grey dirty ball of swirling energy crushing her lungs and squashing her heart and restricting her upper gut.

We asked for help to lift it off and out and we saw it taken away gently and dissolved into space, The feeling in Natasha’s body was one of, she can breathe in again so much more air and she did, gasping in and breathing deeply for quite a while. She stretched and stretched as she rearranged her physical body to accommodate the new space she felt. This is normal for such clearings. A detox in the extreme as you cannot detox or diet away this kind of toxic energy from your body as the effects and ramifications are so deep.

 

We hoovered out the remaining remnants of the hurt and left no trace for the hurts to reestablish itself and grow back. Session over Natasha had a follow up in a weeks time.

 

‘I am free of any craving for night time eating as for the nuts I’m over them.  And as for my sisters I am at peace with them, I have spoken to them since and I felt strong and was able to navigate how I felt. I will ask my body if and when I feel like seeing them and not do anything out of obligation or because I feel I should. That is huge for me.’

 

I myself have struggled with weight and had, my fair share of out of control cravings, and that is why I am telling you this, that every craving has a gift and a deeper meaning for you.

 

I have detoxed, dieted, starved myself and forced myself to eat or not eat to try and quit a craving, but until I got to the unconscious reason they were in my life I was not free and I could have no peace with food. Every time I am called to a food in an eating pattern, I just know for sure that I am about to discover what I have been resisting and set myself free again on a deeper and more satisfying level.

When I talk about creating your body I am inviting you to SEE what’s really going on. I used these techniques that I now use with renewing and creating brand new bodies, to manifest the fantastic man in my life, the best love affair and partner EVER. The house of my dreams and the life I wanted living and raising my kids in S.W France. So I knew this worked, but the theory was getting screwed up because of what I thought about my body.
We are after all the refection of what we think and feel.

I had work to do.

When I created my partner, I knew every aspect of what I wanted because I clearly knew now what I did nit want. I knew how it would feel. My heart and soul wanted that too. Possibly certainly more than I did. I wanted a love I would not hold back from, I wanted all in, deep heart and soul ALL IN and damn the consequences type of thing. Smitten, blindly in love and adoration.

So when I created my physical self I did the same I wanted a relationship with myself lust like a love affair. I wanted to feel my bodies love for me like my partner has for me, but more than that I waned to look and see and feel so in love with my own body that I could just look at myself and revel in myself all day long and feel satisfied.
I wanted to know my soul and her body and to get really clear how I wanted to feel.

I heard love songs and knew they were a sign for me to love myself deeper, Not to hold back, nor to give up.

I never altered my food from force I ate what I found delicious, I walked or took excursive that made me laugh and felt like play time, I spoke kind words, I saw my reflection, I looked at myself without avoiding my gaze, I released the people, places, situations that made me feel sad or angry.

My soul did nit want to feel that. I screwed me up inside and I could not digest with ease my surroundings, that’s when I knew I did not want to ever experience that again.

My body and soul mimicked what I felt, I shed pounds, in days, and stones in months. Literally the weight I carried left me I felt as light as a feather. I became the weight of my soul, A reflection of what I felt.

I loved her before she emerged as the beautiful swan.
I watched as month by month I could love and appreciate my body the flesh and bones I lived in; and morphed, shifted and created a brand new body out of thin air. I saw my body reflect the love I felt for her; I went all the way and never held back.

I was shocked when I found out that Doctors are not taught about Nutrition. Knowing that 80{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e} + illnesses can be resolved with looking into nutrition and the lifestyle habits of any patient. I knew this but Was reminded again recently in the article on BBC health BBC HEALTH and “We learn nothing about Nutrition, claim medical students” 

 

I live in France now for 12 years, after travelling extensively and being away from the UK, I had my eyes well and truly opened to how to do things differently that I had been taught about Food, nutrition and how to find a brand new relationships with food. I reaped the rewards by looking at food, in a different way and finding that I could take real pleasure in real food again. I chose France to live and have been here since 2004. I have an international network of women friends and clients, who I love to get behind their stories of upbringing, culture and food habits. In particular I have watched the French maintain their bodies to be healthy, with very little assistance from the traditional doctors or from outside interference. I have been discovering and putting together a simple and natural way to live based on the French Culture and lifestyle towards food, nutrition and following some of their key habits around food, family and making it all so much easier.

 

What I discovered was what every doctor ought to know and share was right here in France, yet doctors are not taught about nutrition or how lifestyle influences our bodies, in their years and years of training. But they are still the main go to person when something goes wrong physically. When the predominant reason for eating is for pleasure and relaxation, rather than for a purpose and when you are under stress, constantly judging what you eat, something remarkable happens – you feel and know when you are full and satisfied, you are no longer starving and craving something else, especially at those times when you have eaten a large meal.

 

Food becomes a pleasure and not something to be confused or fearful of, or hate. Food is your friend and not the enemey here.

The war with food then changes into ‘Peace with Food’.

I don’t know about you but I envied those chic looking French Women, ever since I was a teenager, the way they dressed, the way they enjoyed real food, they don’t get fat, and they all seemed so teeny tiny.

When I moved to France in 2004 I was intrigued how the French culture had shaped these women to eat in a completely different style to how I had been taught. I even read several survey’s that showed that the French spent longer at the table than any other nation. I read several books on food and eating phycology ie ‘The Omnivores Dilemma‘ that used the French style of eating as the model for how we could all eat for a more healthy balanced life and body.

I have experienced first hand the length of time that a French Family will sit at the table, where as for me I just wanted it to be over and done with and clear up.

It was literally like chalk and cheese when I moved in with my French Boyfriend and his Oh So French ways. I remember our first date, we met at the Band Stand in the picture post card Village of St Jean de Luz and he had a large bag filled with picnic food which I was to discover later. A picnic with fresh warm just baked French baguettes, local red wine (from a very good year), to be served in glasses, lots and lots of all types of French cheese, and a home made salad just for me with cheese and a home made oil dressing. All to be enjoyed on a run on the beach watching the sun go down.

I had to pull myself up on every single belief I had about food and eating and gave myself a serious talking to that night. How was I going to do this? and dont get fat? I was on my Raw Food obsessive eating phase and he turned up to take me on a picnic on the beach with all these wonderful French goodies that I had rejected refused and missed for years. I was a no bread, no wine, no cheese or oil salad dressing girl, but I had to decide to thoroughly enjoy the evening as it was intended. And there all in one go had to get over my obsessive self control and my stubborn and fixed beliefs, about what was good and bad. And I relaxed and allowed myself to enjoy a slowly prepared and delivered romantic evening sitting on the beach, on a rug watching the sun turn orange and melt down behind the horizon.

The French really adore their food and the time spent to thoroughly enjoy it, there is a lesson for us all on how to enjoy food again. They consider the meal a time to spend with your family, to spend together and enjoy the riches of life, and they really revel in Cheese, wine and bread. The trick is the pleasure and that there is no judgment of what you thoroughly enjoy.

I realized with years and years of diets and starvation under my belt I was going to have to learn to eat all over again, if I was going to have a healthy relationship with food, don’t get fat, and one where my weight could balance out without any word of a diet of the mention of restriction or rations.

I was 12 years old when in my mother’s kitchen (I say her kitchen because she was in control here) sitting on the kitchen counter top eating a wedge of mature cheddar and drinking a hot chocolate after school, and being told off that one day, “don’t get fat” I would be fat and unloved if I carried on eating what I loved. This was what introduced and started with my diet mentality, which has literally ruined any pleasure that could be had with food, everything was labeled as good or bad, and had judgment, guilt, naughty or some other emotion being attached to it. I joined my mother in her diet world and went cold turkey over night from sugar, fat, I judged everything I consumed and the joy was gone.

Most women that I speak to already believe they know exactly what they have to do to lose weight. That is to reduce their intake and move more, and that there will be no gain without pain.

However most women find the real challenge to:

  1. Know what to eat
  2. How to stop eating when they are not hungry but stressed
  3. Dedicate the time to do the stuff that really matters, every day, week and month

Imagine enjoying a love affair with food, being able to enjoy a meal out with friends without feeling self-conscious or feeling judged how many times you’ve reached for extra cheese or desert?

And the true pleasure of eating really delicious food, without any after effects of digestive discomfort from guilt, shame or embarrassment?

Let’s face it we have been taught since we were children that there is only one way to reach peace and confidence in the body and that is to diet and restrict certain foods.

So why then and how do the French seem to get away with their rich sauces, fatty cheeses and the bread with every meal and don’t get fat.

After years of enjoying French food and wine and cheese and not gaining an inch, I know for sure that there had to be more to this than food in and food out. I had to learn how to eat again and I know you can too.

Here is what my years of being in France has taught me and what I now have embraced and follow the french way for myself. It has brought me to be in instinctive eater again and to just know when I have had enough. I feel fulfilled and enjoy every mouthful to its fullest. My weight is balanced and I really love my food, my life and my body.

So why don’t French women get fat? And can eating for pleasure, help women to lose weight? Absolutely YES!

The first habit of the French woman is ‘NO Stress’, especially around food and eating. The number one element that has you over eating, has your body creating fat and storing fat is STRESS

99{6a14cc849908c46212f3d2c8a81eada984febec31535ea1cc7f55de4f8a4ba8e} of the reasons a woman is creating and storing fat is due to her stress levels. So, it’s not your fault it’s the stress. When stress is involved there are several things that automatically happen in the body, that can’t be stopped unless you take some sort of peaceful stand and special action step.

When the body is stressed, it is in the ‘fight and flight’ mode, and releases several chemicals as well as key hormones, Cortisol being the main stress hormone that goes on to being responsible for the laying down of fat on your tummy. The body is actually trying to protect us from this perceived stress and reacting to how we feel.

Secondly the digestion shuts down and all the energy that is used for digestion and transforming what we eat into energy is stopped. Any energy that can be used is taken and redirected to the muscles for running or fighting.

The excess energy that was on hand to protect us that does never gets used for our flight or flight needs, is now toxic to us and needs stored in the safest place possible and goes where all toxins go, and that is in the fat cells.

When these hormones get released, It’s like having a house full of raging teenagers all craving beer and sugars doing everything bad and that they have been told not to do. Your body actually craves sugars when she is stressed because all the glucose and sugars have been used up with the stress.

So much potential damage is done with stress It is also good to note that the more frequently you experience stress, the more your body will habitually store and create for the next time, and if you do not release this stress it will still be there in your belly years decades later.

A diet has never been able to release this sort of fat because it needs released in another way entirely very different from diet or restriction and starvation and adding in more stressful exercise, just brings your body even more stress.

Remove the stress and your body will thank you with re gaining instinctively and naturally craving foods that , with the minerals and vitamins that she wants, needs and is lacking the most. This is called intuitive eating and comes from a place of having ‘peace with food’ and your body.

The diet has been a major cause for your body storing weight.

And so we come to the second reason French women never get fat.

The second habit of a French Woman is ‘No Scarcity’, especially around food and eating.

A French women does not comprehend the diet mentality, she is unlikely to have restricted her food, ever! Knowing instinctively when she was satisfied and had had enough and thoroughly enjoyed her meal, needing no extra treats because maybe she was stressed and she ate too fast and did not appreciate her meal. On the contrary au contraire The French woman has sensually enjoyed the whole experience. Voila!

French women never obsess about the fear around ‘don’t get fat’, they don’t snack either nor would they ever consider opening a packet of perfectly prepared in all the correct measured quantities of protein carbohydrate from a packet of dry food that you just add water to, that comes in 3 flavours. It’s laughable. Pourquoi? But the diet industry is huge and sells the notion of the perfect meal so bloody well to the busy woman, who is too stressed to eat properly, needs more energy and who never sits to eat or takes her time to nourish herself.

A woman who has been on diets, hundreds of diets (like myself since I was 12) and who is accustomed and has come to rely on the diet to re shape herself, is stuck in the mentality. The diet and scarcity mode has already done something nearly irreversible to her natural body’s natural instinctive response to food and her natural instincts top her environment. She has regularly limited, restricted and possibly starved herself, the body goes into a mode that expects her to do it again and again and begins to store food for times of scarcity.

Even if she tells her body that she can lose the weight the body’s senses do not trust her to be starving again some time soon.

Your body no longer trusts that there will be food supplied and her primitive response has kicked in to store every item of food you eat.

The only way to reverse this is to build trust so that the body can balance out and release the storage cupboards.

The third habit of a French Woman is ‘No Stagnation’, especially around food and eating.

The French women that I see have never waited and stayed still allowed that stagnant feeling to enter into their body. Waiting until they are feeling happy with their body to do something they love to do. No way, If they love something they do it, they eat or drink it, they create it. I call this the waiting –&– weighting game.

Women have put themselves last on the list for decades, considering it to be great mother, partner, daughter if they put their children’s needs first and their husband, their family, their career, but all the way along they got lost and put them selves on hold, on pause and in the idle busy mode. The stagnation set in and they don’t recognize what they even want any more. Forgotten joy, fun and high spirits drift off somewhere waiting for the right time to rise up.

Women who have gained weight sooner or later see it as that life got to heavy, and then they see that they are bored, fucked off and not in the relationship they fantasized about.

Getting your life back on track to feel alive in your body is an easy one by making that first step to not accept Stress, Scarcity or Stagnation.

How clean eating was a trap to my healthy eating mental disorder – ORTHOREXIA

 

Are you on a healthy eating quest, a track that promises to bring you all the energy that you need, and that promises a better leaner fitter body?

 

Back in 2000 I started on an extremely healthy food path, and it became an obsession, as I became judgmental about food more so than I had ever been, believing what I ate was the best way and the only way everyone should eat. I was a right pain in the ass I’m sure. It was a long phase that I went into willingly… but now I know I went in so deeply for all the wrong reasons.

 

I understand now that this amount of obsession can be described as an eating disorder and which then indicates that it could lead to or has already come from some mental health issues. My quest for perfection with my energy, and my body has brought me full circle in my journey to recognize what it is that I was missing and what I needed rather than looking at food to be the cure for the feeling of lack of control I had.

 

Being a painfully shy girl, and finding it difficult to freely express myself without the fear and dread of the ‘fall out’ It would cause if I did say what I thought, and having lost all my ease to be playful, I sought out a way to control something. That ended up being my food. I found that being healthy and raw brought with it a tribe of similar thinking women, and my need to belong was fulfilled. I had a tribe of woman who thought and talked like I did. I mattered for the first time in my life on what felt like a big scale.

 

I followed the Perfect God Given Pure Food Good Mood Raw Detox Diet for years. I even taught about raw organic, vegan food and the gut, the bacteria, the enzymes, the electrolytes, the probiotics, the body pH, the water quality, IT sucked the fun right out of my life and mirrored what I was really trying to control in my life. The fun had been sucked away from me I was practical, serious, efficient, hard working, and put in a lot I mean a lot of effort to lake things right and I never saw the link, not until I was metabolically at an all time low. My body gave up I was exhausted, I got skin t-rashes, back problems, ovarian cysts my body was screaming for me to stop.

 

It was not what I was eating so much as what was eating me?

It was hard to switch off the habit and beliefs but I found a way and I now help and support women to come home to their bodies and learn to eat and enjoy food again. Be healthier than ever and enjoy a strong lean flexible body that feels energized, ALIVE and fun to be in again.

 

A woman who feels confident in her body and in her own skin, is far more vibrant and attractive than a women seeking physical perfection at all cost, using food to control her body and how she feels, who’s energy is one that comes from judgment and restriction.

 

I was still overeating on healthy food, I was still seeking fulfillment and using food to fill the gaps, be that junk or healthy food there was still a huge chunk missing. Finding this missing nutrient saved my life. Being able to feel ALIVE in my body and enjoy my life is far, far better than creating the perfect meal that gives me the exact number of nutrients needed in my day. That’s a life-killing recipe for sure.

Interpret the messages that are already coming from your body.

I know, I get it, that you think that a diet will give you back your body and all the energy you crave, that it will miraculously create the body you have always wanted. So that you can go and do all the things that you are not doing now, and be the woman you have always dreamt of being, You are so hopeful that this diet will do it for you and it feels great to start and prepare everything it feels almost exciting.

Unfortunately, It’s not going to work.

I know because I tried.

When I was struggling to lose weight and having no lasting success. I LONGED for the solution to fall into my lap, be told the secret from a friend who had managed what I could not.

The constant thoughts about how I looked followed me around like a black cloud hovering over me, always on my mind making me self conscious and undermining my confidence, even in things I knew I was good at. I would end up obsessing, planning, promising myself this time it would be different – I would stick at it forever if it worked and never veer off.

It was not helpful in the least.

So yes the diet, the gym or the retreat you are planning, may give you temporary relief and give you new hope, but in the long run nothing will change because you are still avoiding the real situation. The situation that has you eating when you are stressed, emotional and in the wrong energy and mindset, You literally create fat to be stored in the body.

Are you still hoping that everything will magically change without having to do anything other than diet?.

 

Your problems will only go away once you know what causes them and confront them.

It’s as simple and as hard as that.

 

So what kind of woman will you choose to become in the next phase of your life. One who is in the body she created and uncovered for herself and lives the shit out of life as she intended, or one who tried yet another patch up diet.

 

I believe in you, and I believe that you can do this – but you need the right questions, the mindset and to be caught when you think those thoughts and to be pulled through to the other side, show you the traps your falling in time and time again. Are you ready to see the river your swimming in and the undercurrent that is pulling you down?
